發展遲緩兒童之主要照顧者參與早療社區據點之探討：
以南投縣為例

早療社區據點服務是近年來新興的議題，在於相對偏遠的地區或缺乏資源的地區設置早療社區據點，除了提供發展遲緩兒童早期療育服務，也對家庭及所在社區提供相關服務，為早期療育服務的模式之一。本研究從早療社區據點服務使用者的角度出來檢視早療社區據點提供服務之情形。因此以質性研究方法並以立意抽樣方式，邀請接受早療社區據點服務至少半年以上的兒童主要照顧者，共有13位受訪對象，整理歸納研究結果有以下的結論：一、孩子有其獨特性，因此家庭需求不盡相同二、非正式資源的支持對早期療育家庭之重要三、在相對偏遠的地區資源相對匱乏四、早期療育服務的資訊不流通五、早療社區據點需因地制宜規劃合適的服務六、早期療育服務的概念仍需多宣導七、與社區居民建立友善關係八、與家庭建立信賴、夥伴關係九、公私部門互相補位、合作交流研究最後對早療社區據點服務提供者提出未來服務的建議，如下：一、早療社區據點要以家庭為中心提供服務二、建立早療社區據點服務的專業諮詢團隊三、穩定充足的資源挹注四、早療服務模式需要更多彈性與多元早療社區據點的服務是需要更多資源的投入，服務提供者需要以更多彈性的服務模式以因應兒童及家庭不同的需求，提供的服務內涵也需豐富多元，孩子及家長才能獲得更多服務的效益。

The study concludes with recommendations for future services for early-stage community location service providers, as follows： 1.the early treatment community base should provide family-centered services 2.establish a professional consulting team for early treatment community. location services. 3.stable and sufficient resources. 4.the early treatment service model needs more flexibility and diversity. The service of the early treatment community base is the investment that requires more resources. The service providers need to adopt more flexible service models to meet the different needs of children and families.
