應用於無線生醫感測網路之射頻收發電路與即時心電圖監控系統之實現

摘要


無線傳輸技術在近年來大幅進步,在不同的領域應用都快速的發展,其中,無線生醫訊號系統是非常熱門的研究領域之一。本論文的目標在於設計一套適合傳送生醫訊號的無線傳輸介面。以開關式鍵控調變使用在此電路。此外也組裝了可攜式的心電圖機,研究主題分成三部分: 第一部份和第二部分我們利用0.18 mm CMOS製程分別設計了兩組開關式鍵控發射機及兩組接收機。將探討如何實現單晶化,卻具備完整傳輸能力的收發機。 前兩部分的接收機和發射機期望未來能整合成生醫晶片用,因此第三部份學生先透過組裝之元件嘗試先展示一套可攜式的心電圖機。

Wireless technique has greatly improved in recent years. Applications in many different field arise quickly. Bio-medical signal wireless sensor system is one of the hottest research targets. The objective of this thesis is to design a wireless interface suitable for bio-medical signals. I adopt on-off keying(OOK)digital modulation in my circuit design. On the other hand, I try to fabricate two set of portable wireless ECG devices. Study the theme can be divided into three parts: In first and second parts, I design a set of OOK transmitters and receivers separately. We will confer how to implement fully monolithic transceivers with complete functions. The transmitters and receivers mentioned above is respected to integrate in the future for bio-medical chip. So I try to display portable wireless ECG devices by fabricating modules in third part.
