母親的人際關係經營及其影響青少年子女教養方式之研究

摘要


有鑑於家庭對於個人具深遠的影響力以及母親常是個人成長過程中的重要他人,本研究目的在於了解母親的人際關係經營的觀點與現況、分析母親的人際關係經營的情形、了解母親教養青少年子女的觀點與現況、探索母親的人際關係經營如何有助於青少年子女的教養。採質性研究之半結構式訪談法。透過立意取樣,研究對象為六位具備居於台灣中部都會區之成年已婚女性並為青少年子女之主要照顧者的母親。 研究結論如下: 一、「主動接近與親善的態度」、「對人性抱持正向觀點」兩個觀點與人際關係現況中的「人際洞察力高」、「樂於提供協助」兩項人際關係經營能力息息相關。 二、母親的人際認知在於扮演好自己的角色。身為領導者保持嚴謹的態度以身作則;身為被領導者則是積極地達成團體的目標與要求。 三、當母親們走出家庭,無論職場升遷、參與團體都需要家人和先生的支持為主,才有更多拓展人際關係的可能性與主動性。 四、「人際衝突過後帶來反思以包容、隔離與理解的方式溝通」、「參與團體之過程得到觀察學習與楷模」是母親培養人際互動技巧之經驗學習。 五、「著重孩子的身心健康」、「因材施教」、「尊重孩子未來的發展」是母親教養青少年子女的觀點;現況是母親以多元的方式來教養青少年子女,包含:母親以身作則並建立學習楷模、類平輩的溝通與陪伴、從小建立規範與以經驗為師。 六、母親的人際關係經營影響對青少年子女的教養。

According to the far-reaching influence of family on people and that Mother always be the important one in growing presses, the purpuse of this study is knowing the viewpoint and present situation of management of mothers' interpersonal relationship, and analysis the management of mothers' interpersonal relationship. And to comprehend to the view and present situation of mothers' parenting and educating teenagers. Therefore, exploring how the mother's interpersonal relationship helps the upbringing of teenagers. This study is semi - structured interviewing of qualitative research method. Through the conception of the sample, the study object for the six in the central metropolitan area of Taiwan adult married women and young children for the main care of the mother. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The relationship between "positive attitude of close proximity and goodwill" and "holding a positive view of human nature" is closely related to the "interpersonal skills" and "willingness to provide assistance". 2. The mother's interpersonal awareness is to play their own role. As a leader to maintain a rigorous attitude to lead by example; as a member is to actively reach the group goals and requirements. 3. When the mother out of the family, regardless of the workplace promotion, participation groups need family and husband support, have more opportunities to expand interpersonal relationships and initiative. 4. "Interpersonal conflict after reflection to reflect, isolation and understanding of the way to communicate", "participation in the process of community observation and model" is the mother of interpersonal skills to learn the experience of learning. 5. "Focus on the child's physical and mental health", "individualized", "respect for the future development of children" is the mother of teenager children's point of view; the status of the mother in a variety of ways to educate young children, including: mothers to set an example, class generation of communication and companionship, from small to establish norms and experience as a teacher. 6. The mother's interpersonal relationship impact on the education of teenager children’s.
