近年來無線射頻辦識系統(RFID)在國內外各個領域的應用不斷推陳出新,舉凡物流、醫療、門禁、電子錢包、動物管控等等不勝枚舉。而在校園方面,教育部和經濟部近幾年也陸續推動將RFID應用到校園環境裡,例如校園安全管控、場地預約服務、會議簽到系統、電子錢包等等。另一方面為了因應全球暖化的問題,政府也積極推動政府機關與學校全面節能減碳措施,教育部為此辦理了幾項校園節約能源管理輔導團計畫,進行全國多所院校電力健檢及溫室氣體盤查作業。 綜合RFID校園應用,以及節能減碳方案的推動,本研究希望透過RFID可辦識個人身份的特性,除了在校園空間管理方面的應用,再整合空間電力使用的管理,進一步加強校園許多空間節約用電的目地,因此希望運用一RFID網路型電力電控認證系統的設備,加上門禁管理,以國立暨南國際大學圖書館的團體視聽室為例,透過網路認證使用者身份並控制門禁和電源,改善其空間使用及門禁管理上的不便,同時讓內部視聽設備電源的啟閉能自動依使用者實際使用的時間去做控制,減少人力作業及電源的浪費。
In recent years RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been applied in different domains at home and abroad, like logistics, medical treatment, entrance guards, electronic wallets, animal control, etc. On campus, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economic Affairs have recently impelled RFID to apply in the campus environment, such as campus safety control, site reservation service, conference registration system and so on. On the other hand, in accordance to the global warming issue, the government has positively pushed the government organizations and the campuses to save energy and reduce carbon emissions comprehensively. To this end, the Ministry of Education handled a number of campus energy-saving management coaching group programs to do electricity check and greenhouse gas inventory for colleges and universities throughout the country. With the application of RFID in campuses and the promotion of energy conservation and carbon reduction, it is hoped that this research can help the campuses, besides the application of managing campus space, reach the goal to save electricity with the management of space power use through the RFID’s features of identify personal identity. Taking National Chi Nan University Library's audio-visual room as an example, it is hoped to use the equipment of RFID Network Electricity Control And Authentication System and entrance guard management to improve the inconvenience of space use and entrance guard management by identifying the user ID and controlling the entrance guard and power supply through the network; also let the switch of equipment in audio-visual room can automatically control itself according to actual use of time by the user in order to cut down manpower and power wastage.
