居家老人行動協助專案之資訊系統建構

台灣由於醫療進步及人口結構的轉型，使得台灣已進入高齡化社會。老人除了面對疾病及生理問題外，如何協助老人減少依親，自主獨立生活，是目前政府及社會努力的目標。因此，本研究旨在建構一個資訊平台，透過此平台讓居家老人可以自行預約其旅遊、就醫協助，提高活動自主權，減輕家人照護負擔。本研究經過文獻探討後，以傳統資訊系統基礎建置概念，融合創新理念，再經由五力分析及SWOT分析，探討、評估創新網際網路資訊系統及傳統資訊系統建置差異，做為建構居家老人行動協助創新網際網路資訊系統的建構基礎化。接著，本研究提出創新網際網路資訊系統，建構居家老人行動協助資訊系統規劃模型，內容包含：廠商建置經驗、軟硬體架構及應用系統功能、議價能力、系統保固及維護服務能力、潛在專案建置的替代品分析等六大評量要項。居家老人行動協助資訊系統，將可有效滿足居家老人各式行動協助，提升老人活動參與及活動力增進。

Due to advance medical technology and change demographic, Taiwan has become an aging society. The elderly face the disease and physiological problems. Therefore, how to help the elderly live independently is a major challenge for the society. In this article, we construct an information system providing mobile assistance for the elderly at home. We employ the literature review, five forces and SWOT analysis, and integrate traditional and cloud information system, to explore the feasibility for cloud information system for the elderly at home. Based on the literature, this article suggests that cloud information system could apply to mobile assistance for the elderly at home. In this study, the cloud information system with mobile assistance for elderly at home includes vendor implementation experiences, software and hardware architecture and application system functions, bargaining power, the system warranty and maintenance service capabilities, potential project build alternatives analysis etc. However, the cloud information system with mobile assistance could be satisfy the assistant and enhance the activity participation for elderly at home.
