This study investigates the effects of international tourist hotels employees’ perceived transformational leadership on their knowledge sharing behavior, as well as the moderating effect of knowledge psychological ownership on the above relationship. This research subjects were selected from employees of twelve international tourist hotels in Taiwan, 400 valid questionnaires were collected, and of which 274 are effective questionnaires, returns-ratio is 68.5%. The results are: (1) the stronger employees’ perceived transformational leadership are, the more their knowledge sharing behavior will be; (2) knowledge psychological ownership moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing behavior.
