轉換型領導與知識分享行為關係之研究:知識擁有感的調節效果

摘要


本研究檢驗國際觀光旅館員工所知覺的轉換型領導對於他們知識分享行為的影響,以及知識擁有感對上述關係所產生的調節效果。本研究之問卷發放對象為台灣12家國際觀光旅館之員工,總計發出400份問卷,有效問卷數為274份,問卷回收率為68.5%。研究結果顯示: (1) 轉換型領導程度愈強,員工知識分享行為的程度愈強;(2) 知識擁有感調節了轉換型領導與知識分享之間的關係。

This study investigates the effects of international tourist hotels employees’ perceived transformational leadership on their knowledge sharing behavior, as well as the moderating effect of knowledge psychological ownership on the above relationship. This research subjects were selected from employees of twelve international tourist hotels in Taiwan, 400 valid questionnaires were collected, and of which 274 are effective questionnaires, returns-ratio is 68.5%. The results are: (1) the stronger employees’ perceived transformational leadership are, the more their knowledge sharing behavior will be; (2) knowledge psychological ownership moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing behavior.
