本研究探討國際觀光旅館員⼯⼼理所有權與⼯作倦怠的關係,同時了解調 節焦點的調節效果,本研究正式問卷之抽樣對象為台北、台中、⾼雄、廈門、 泉州的國際觀光旅館中,願意配合做調查之員⼯來進⾏發放,所採用之⽅法為 非機率抽樣的「立意抽樣法(judgemental or purposive sampling)」。本研究正式 發放問卷數為1500 份(台北、台中、⾼雄、廈門、泉州各發300 份)。本研究運 用600 份問卷資料 (回卷率為 40%) 進⾏分析,發現⼼理所有權對⼯作投⼊有顯 著的正向影響,對⼯作倦怠有顯著的負向影響。最後,調節焦點調節⼼理所有 權、⼯作投⼊和⼯作倦怠之間的關係。本研究之結果能夠給予相關管理者與研 究者⼀些啓示與未來研究發展建議。
The study aims to explore the impact of psychological ownership on the work engagement and job burnout of international tourist hotel employees, and simultaneously examine the moderating role of regulatory foci. The questionnaire sample is the volunteer employees of the international tourist hotels in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Xiamen and Quanzhou. Non-probability sampling (judgemental or purposive sampling) is adopted. 1500 questionnaires are distributed with 300 respectively in each place. This study use 600 questionnaired primary data (response rate 40%) to analyze and find that psychological ownership significantly positively affects work engagement and negatively affects job burnout. Finally, regulatory foci moderate the relationship among psychological ownership, work engagement and job burnout. Implications for managers and suggestions for future research are discussed.
