本研究以「臺灣高等教育資料庫」93學年度大學畢業生畢業一年後之問卷調查資料探討大學生多元學習型態對生涯發展之影響。以平均數、交叉表、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費法事後檢定等分析方法,分析不同個人背景(性別、畢業學校類型、主修領域、父母教育程度及父母職業類別)的大學生在多元學習型態及生涯發展上之差異,並使用迴歸分析探討個人背景與多元學習型態對生涯發展之影響。 本研究發現:一、不同個人背景的大學生多元學習型態有差異,就讀公立大學、主修人文社會領域及父母社經條件較高的大學生,發生多元學習的比率較高。二、不同個人背景大學生的生涯發展有差異,男性、就讀公立大學及父母社經條件較高的大學生,在畢業後繼續升學比率較高;反之,女性、就讀私立大學及父母社經條件較低的大學生就業比率較高。三、多元學習型態對生涯發展有影響,尤其以補習對升學的影響最顯著,大學就學期間有補習的大學畢業生較傾向繼續升學。
This research is use the Taiwan Higher Education Database Graduate Survey to discuss the influence of multiple learning types on the undergraduates’ career development. It emploied cross-table, Chi-square, one-way Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe` multiple comparision to explore different personal traits of undergraduates whose different multi-learning types and career development, and use the logistic regression to analyze the influence of multi-learning types on college graduates’career development. The result of statistic analysis shows: The personality of undergraduate student affected the choice of learning process and the development of career. Students were more likely to multiple learning if (1) students graduated from public universities, or (2) their majors were humanities and social science, or (3) their parents received more education. And students were more likely to go to graduate school if (1) students are male, or (2) students graduated from public universities, or (3) their parents received more education. Finaly the multiple learning affected the choice of career, especially in students attendind cram schools are more likely to go to graduate school.
