摘要

隨著知識經濟來臨，知識的創造與應用成為高科技產業競爭力的來源，台灣因科技進步與科學園區的創立，使得高科技產業產值高居世界前幾名。本研究旨在探討台
灣科學園區與大學產學合作的機制創新，藉由探討大學與科學園區產學合作機制創新問題，提出建議。本研究採文獻分析、問卷調查法及半結構式的訪談，一以參與科學園區產學合作之學校人員進行施測，有效問卷40份；二以3位專家作為訪談對象，最後對大學院校及政府機關產學合作機制創新提出建議。

The coming of knowledge-based economy era brings up the creation and application of knowledge that become the sources of high technology competition. As technology process and the build of science park leads output value of high technology within the top ranks in the world. The focus of this study is to understand innovative mechanisms of university-industry cooperation between science parks in Taiwan and universities. It brings up suggestions by analyzing problems of innovative mechanisms of university-industry cooperation between science parks in Taiwan and universities. The study utilizes literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and semi-structured interview as the methods. There are 40 valid questionnaires via survey of university-industry cooperation staffs in universities, and the second is to interview there experts. At last, the study brings up some suggestions of innovative mechanisms of university-industry cooperation to universities and government.
