數位學習網路使用者偏好之研究

中 文 摘 要 論文名稱:數位學習網路使用者偏好之研究 校院系:國立暨南國際大學國際企業學系在職專班碩士班 頁數:148頁 畢業時間:九十六年七月 學位別:碩士 研究生:王洋泰 指導教授:施信佑 教授 本研究的目的是從「數位學習」的相關論點出發,並以「使用與滿足理論」為理論架構依據,主要在瞭解數位學習使用者的網路使用動機與滿足、使用行為、個人特性、數位學習使用因素、數位學習網站考量因素與數位學習間是否具有某種關連性,並探討「數位學習網路使用者偏好」且與「數位學習網路依賴程度」與「數位學習網路使用滿意度」做相關分析及預測與驗證。 研究樣本係以國立暨南國際大學有使用數位學習網路經驗的大學生、碩士研究生及碩士專班學生;為研究對象,進行網路問卷隨機抽樣調查。回收的有效樣本共143 份,經過資料整理並透過統計分析後,主要發現如下: 一、 數位學習網路使用者使用行為與滿意度呈正相關,且對數位學習網路愈有渴求行為,則使用滿意度程度也愈高。 二、 使用者對數位學習網路業者品牌認知越高,且數位學習網路所提供的功能越強,則會對數位學習網路的滿意度亦越高。 三、 數位學習網路使用者若周遭的朋友都在使用數位學習網路,並由數位學習網路獲得最新消息或課業所需資料越多,且每天使用數位學習網路的時間越長,而每週平均使用數位學習網路的天數約多,則會對數位學習網路有較高的滿意度。 四、 數位學習網路業者增加提供使用者學習歷程追蹤或紀錄與互動的機制的相關功能,並於網頁中適當加入較多的旁白或背景音樂,及加入動畫效果與網站主題有較多關聯性的功能,則使用者會對數位學習網路的滿意度提高。 五、 數位學習網路使用者使用年資越長,且平均每個月支付在數位學習網路的費用越高,亦會提高數位學習的滿意度。 六、 探討在有付費使用數位學習網路,取偏好因素平均數最高前五名順序排列: 男性有付費使用數位學習網路,其使用偏好為:文字易讀且易於了解>動畫效果適當>提供學習者互動的機制>取得最新課業所需資料>課程內容的實用性。 女性有付費使用數位學習網路,其使用偏好為:文字易讀且易於了解>動畫效果與網站主題有關聯性>自身需求>取得最新課業所需資料>圖像與網站主題有關聯性。 最後研究者就本研究之發現,提出一些對數位學習的具體建言與方向,以及對未來相關研究之建議。 關鍵詞:數位學習、使用與滿足理論。

For interrelationship among motivation and gratification level, activities, personality, the e-learning usage factor, the e-learning website considers the factor. and have the e-Learning experience of Department of International Business Studies National Chi Nan University student, based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory. And research "user preference of e-learning", And do with" e-learning dependence degree" and" e-learning gratification" related analysis and estimate and identification. Study the sample with the e-Learning experience of Department of International Business Studies National Chi Nan University student, the national and the south international university has the usage digital learning network experience of university student, Master's graduate student and EMBA; for research object, carry on the random sampling of the network questionnaire. Of the 143 qualified samples, through the data sorting also through statistics analysis after, Major findings of the study are: 1. The e-learning user usage behavior and satisfaction present just related, and the logarithms e-learning to more have the thirst to beg the behavior, then using the satisfaction degree also more high. 2. User logarithm position e-learning web industry brand cognition higher, also several studies networks provide function stronger, then meets the logarithm position e-learning web the degree of satisfaction to be also higher. 3. The e-learning user if whole friends are all using e-learning web, and by e-learning the web acquire the data that latest news or lessons need more many, and use everyday e-learning web of time is more long, and use every week e-learning web of the days is about many, then would logarithms the e-learning web contain higher satisfaction. 4, The e-learning web operator increase to provide an user learning the process to track or record with interaction of the related function with mechanism, and in e-learning web page the adequacy joins more word or background music, and joins animation result and website topic contain more and connection function, then user would logarithms the satisfaction exaltation which e-learning web. 5. Several e-learning web user uses the period of service long, also the average each month payment is higher in several studies networks expense, also can enhance several studies the degrees of satisfaction. 6, the discussion in has pays expenses uses several e-learning web, takes by chance the factor mean value highest first five arranged in order: The male has pays expenses uses several e-learning web, it uses the hobby for: The writing legible also is easy to understand > the animation effect is suitable > provides the study interaction the mechanism > to obtain the newest schoolwork to need the material > the curriculum content usability. The female has pays expenses uses several e-learning web, it uses the hobby for: The writing legible also is easy to understand > the animation effect and the website subject have the connection > own demand > to obtain the newest schoolwork to need the material > the image and the website subject has the connection. Finally, suggestions on counseling addicted students are made for e-learning web authorities and government, counselors and parents. Issues for future study are also discussed.
