本研究主要在探討泰國觀光醫療產業的經營模式,探究泰國政府與企業服務的策略,整合資源及創新行銷以成功推出「一次滿足客戶所有需求」。泰國觀光醫療產業創新經營模式之經營構面歸納為:「醫療與觀光配置」、「顧客來源」、「組織資源」、「醫療品質」與「外部環境」;透過文獻資料探討與相關產業現況分析,本論文試圖達到以下目的:一、理解泰國觀光政策的歷史演變與實踐方式。二、分析泰國觀光醫療的形成以及對醫療業的影響。三、從「泰國觀光醫療業策略模式」途徑,探討台灣觀光醫療業發展的限制、產生的機會及所進行的策略。 四、提供建議,以做為台灣發展觀光醫療政策的參考。對於觀光醫療產業在未來的經營與運作中,觀光與醫療的配置與經營、產業之間的結盟與整合、政府的協助與推廣,將會是推展觀光醫療經營模式成功的關鍵因素。
Medical tourism industry in Thailand has been reaching a great success. This research tries to explore how Thai government integrates resources and promotes medical tourism with innovative strategies based on the strategy named "Meeting the Consumer’s Needs Once for All." This research analyzes the mode of Thailand’s medical tourism and lists the following important factors, including allocation of medical services and tourism, source of customers, resources of organizations, quality of medical services, and exterior environment as well. This study attempts to reach the following aims: 1. To explore the history of Thailand’s medical tourism policy and how the policy has been put into practice. 2. To analyze the formation of Thailand’s medical tourism and its impacts on medical practices. 3. Based on the observation findings of Thailand’s success in medical tourism, exploring limitations, possibilities of success and appropriate strategies that should be adopted if medical tourism is to be promoted in Taiwan. 4. To provide suggestions for the policy maker’s reference as to whether it is feasible to promote medical tourism in Taiwan. This study suggests that the allocation of tourism and medical services, the alignment and integration of different industries, the governmental promotion and assistance are key factors to achieve success in developing medical tourism in Taiwan.
