農業創新成功關鍵因素個案分析 －以雲林莿桐鄉為例

摘要

本論文以莿桐農業與農會為研究對象，將莿桐農會在近幾年來所執行的農產業創新成果做為研究案例，列舉其中生活農民曆與蒜頭行銷的創新案例，並採用菲利浦．科特勒（ Philip Kotler ）在《創新型組織》一書中所提出執行創新過程相關的六大類角色(A~F)，來分析說明傳統農會如何跳脫體制框架進行產業創新。

This dissertation focuses on agriculture and the farmers' association in Tzutung township of Yunlin. Using innovative results executed by Tzutung Farmers' Association in recent years as cases studied, notably "Agricultural Calendar in Life" and garlic promotions, this dissertation, by adopting six models (A~F) theorised by Dr. Phillip Kotler in “Winning at Innovation: The A-to-F Model”, aims to analyze how a traditional farmers' association can escape structural limitations to pursue industrial innovations.
