多功能光療美甲機之設計與研究

摘要


本論文研究UV LED 405nm及IR 940nm雙波段多功能設計,主要討論UV LED之應用及其驅動電路之設計,達到穩定的電功率輸出並穩定其光功率,以小型陣列方式排列其研究光療美甲機固化機制,以求取美甲光療凝膠固化及其近紅外線對指甲肌肉放鬆及末稍血液循環療效最佳光源照射區域,在固化同時獲得最佳的固化品質及療效。 本研究針對光療美甲固化系統隨著時間的變化,其溫度及電功率及光功率受溫度影響的變化,進行量測並了解其功率分佈情形,以確定自動定電功率驅動電路對UVLED及近紅外線具有明確之效果。
