本論文內容首先描述以1,3-茚滿二酮 70為起始物,使之與各種dithiane的衍生物進行加成、水解、脫水反應,分別得到一系列3-(1,3-dithian-2-aryl)-3-hydroxy-indanone 71、3-acyl-3-hydroxy-indanone 72與acyl-indenone 73衍生物。接著acyl-indenone 73的衍生物在紫外光誘導下進行偶合反應得到產物78,產率最高可達81%。此類化合物具有良好的擴展性與研究性。且透過NMR光譜與X-ray單晶繞射等技術確定產物的分子結構。並針對此偶合反應的機轉,做了進一步的探討。
In this research, we used 1,3-indandiones 70 as a starting material, and let it undergo addition, hydrolysis and final dehydration to give a series of 3-(1,3-dithian-2-aryl)-3-hydroxy-indanone 71, 3-acyl-3-hydroxy-indanone 72, and acyl-indenone 73 derivatives, respectively. It was found that compound 73 could undergo intermolecular coupling reaction to produce compound 78 in the presence of UV light and have good yields (up to 81%). The molecular structure of products were confirmed by NMR technique and X-ray crystallography. And we also studied the mechanism for this coupling reaction.
