摘要


本研究是將公司面臨的問題進行科學的分析和診斷,並通過理論指導,實踐應用研究,為企業找到最合適的管理辦法,建立有效的管理機制。在全員經營的理念下讓全體參與(從上至中而下)意向一致,目標一致。組織內多數的流程、任務都不是直線路徑,彎曲而迂迴,管理者要懂得在不同變動時期蒐集訊息,並且策略性相應調整計畫。企業DNA架構是由企業決策架構和社交架構組成,而企業制度和企業文化面,是影響整個組織的最主要因素。運用管理來規劃、組織,指揮、協調、控制企業制度,是企業文化面上的問題。制度或稱為建制,是社會科學的概念。制度是一種人們有目的建構的存在物。建制的存在,都會帶有價值判斷在裡面,從而規範、影響建制內人們的行為。 企業管理概念ERP是高德納諮詢公司於1990年提出的。ERP系統可以幫助提高企業管理水準,是實現企業管理現代化的手段,也是企業現代化的一項主要內容。 執行上結合了三個核心程序:用人、策略、運作,由此建構企業內的組織結構、決策權、激勵機制、資訊傳導,以此領導企業DNA變革。

Purpose of this study is to analyze and diagnose with sciential methodology the problems confronted by the company discussed. With the help of theoretical guidance and practical research, the objective is to identify the most suitable managerial practice and to create the most effective managerial mechanism. Under the concept of “operated by all employees”, the company allows every member in the organization to participate (from top to bottom) in the decision making with the identical intention and objective. Most processes and missions within the organization are not linear, but instead indirect or circuitous. The management needs to collect information and to fine tune strategies at different phases. The DNA structure of the corporate is comprised of decision making and social interaction. The corporate organization and culture are two most important factors impacting the company. The application of management to plan, organize, command, coordinate and control corporate structure is a subject related to corporate culture. Yet, the system (or the organization) is a concept of social science. System is an existence created by human for purpose. The presence of organization is associated with value judgement, and therefore regulate as well as influence humans’ behavior. The concept of corporate management was promoted by Gartner in 1990. The ERP system can help improve the standard of corporate management. It is a tool to realize the revolving of corporate management. Further, it is a key subject for corporate modernization. To execute, three core processes: Human, Strategy, Executing are interconnected. Starting from building intra-organization structure, decision making mechanism, and relay of information to lead the DNA revolution of an enterprise.
