日間照顧中心照顧團隊運作經驗探討-以南投縣為例

論文名稱:日間照顧中心照顧團隊運作經驗探討:以南投縣為例 校院系:國立暨南國際大學人文學院長期照顧經營管理碩士在職學位學程 頁數:101 畢業時間:中華民國111年8月 學位別:碩士 研究生:石靜霓 指導教授:蔡惠雅博士 摘要 本研究的焦點為探究南投縣日間照顧中心照顧團隊運作的經驗,了解日照中心團隊運作的現況、團隊運作具有的優勢、團隊運作遇到的困境以及因應方式,並依研究結果提出團隊運作於照顧場域及相關政策之建議。 本研究採取質性研究方法,以立意取樣的方式篩選4間南投縣日間照顧中心做為研究場域,並以業務負責人、社工人員、護理人員、照顧服務員進行深度訪談蒐集資訊,共計訪談8位有兩年以上團隊運作經驗的實務工作者為訪談對象。主要研究發現如下: 一、照顧團隊成員除了依規範需配置的社工人員或護理人員、照顧服務員之外,應包含司機、廚工,而其他專業人員如醫師、治療師、營養師、心理師則依需求聘請。 二、照顧團隊成員在照顧現場扮演不同的職責和角色,彼此之間交織出不同的工作關係,有正向緊密、既衝突也合作、相輔相成等多元的互動樣貌。成員們透過主動詢問、釐清問題,針對問題彼此之間發起溝通協調,協調的過程以尊重的態度,嘗試用不同的方法找到共識。 三、透過團隊成員彼此分工合作、相互補位、截長補短,能分散照顧風險;團隊有領導者統籌分配並進行決策。照顧現場的需求非個人能力所能滿足,需要藉由團隊運作的力量達成照顧目標,此為團隊獨有的優勢。 四、團隊運作的困境可分為人力短缺、法規的限制、認知的落差等面向,可透過教育訓練、連結資源、提升團隊誘因等方式因應。 關鍵字:日間照顧、團隊運作、照顧團隊

Title of Thesis: Study on the Operational Experience of Care Teams in Day Care Centers-Taking Nantou County as an Example Name of Institute: Master Program of Long-term Care Management, College of Humanities, National Chi Nan University Pages:101 Graduation Time:08/2022 Degree: Master Student Name: Ching-Ni Shih Advisor Name: Dr. Hui-Ya Tsai Abstract The focus of this study is to investigate the experience of Care team operation in daycare centers in Nantou County, to understand the current situation of team operation in daycare centers, the advantages of team operation, the difficulties encountered in team operation, and the ways to respond to them, and to propose recommendations for team operation in care settings and related policies based on the study results. This study adopted a qualitative research method to select four daycare centers in Nantou County as the study site and conducted in-depth interviews with business managers, social workers, nursing staff, and caregivers to collect information. The main findings of the study are as follows: I. In addition to the social workers, nursing staff, and caregivers required by the regulations, the Care team members should include drivers and cooks, while other professionals such as doctors, therapists, nutritionists, and psychologists should be hired according to the demand. II. The Care team members play different duties and roles in the care site, intertwine different working relationships with each other, and have a variety of interactions, such as positive and close, and also conflict and cooperation, and complement each other. The members take the initiative to ask questions, clarify problems, communicate and coordinate with each other, and try to find consensus in different ways with respect during the coordination process. III. The team has a leader to coordinate the allocation and make decisions. The needs of the caregiver are beyond the ability of an individual to meet, and it is necessary to use the power of teamwork to achieve care goals. IV. The dilemma of team operation can be divided into manpower shortage, regulatory restrictions, and cognitive gaps, which can be addressed through education and training, linking resources, and enhancing team incentives.
