本論文第一章為緒論,內容有研究動機、背景與研究目的。第二章為文獻探討,將從台灣人口老化演變、長期照護發展、台灣長期照護機構的現況,進而探討經營關鍵的成功因素。第三章為研究設計與方法,此章將說明本文所選擇的研究方法、研究流程和信效度分析。第四章為訪談與資料分析,內容是受訪機構的簡介、訪談重點及分析、整合訪談結果。第五章為結論,本章將提出研究的結果與發現、研究貢獻與限制,並給後續研究者的建議。 簡述本文的研究結果,以南投縣長期照護機構為例,經營的關鍵成功因素分作兩個部分。第一,若不限制受訪機構提出幾項關鍵成功因素,結果有11項,即團隊專業素質、營運策略、服務品質、災害事件防護、財務健全、政策面、資訊管理、創新服務、領導與管理、硬體設備、地點與環境。第二,限制受訪機構提出最重要的5項,整合結果共有9項,即服務品質、環境與設備、財務健全、領導與管理、營運策略、團隊專業素質、創新服務、災害事件防護、政策面。
The first chapter is an INTRODUCTION, contents of motivation, background of the study and research purposes. The second chapter is THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK to explore and discuss the critical success factors operating from the evolution of Taiwan's aging population, the development of long-term care, the status of Taiwan's long-term care facilities.The third chapter is METHODOLOGY , this chapter discusses the research methods , procedures and analysis of the reliability and validity .Chapter four contents interviews and data analysis, it’s about the introduction of surveyed institutions ,highlights and analysis of interviews and the result of the integration interviews. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this research . Here will be presented the result and discovery of the research 、contributions and limitations of the research and recommendations for future researchers. A brief description of this result,the key success factors operated divided into two parts through Nantou County as an example of long-term care facilities .First, Without limiting the respondents raised eleven critical success factors, they are teams of professional quality, operational strategy, service quality, disasters protection, financial soundness, the policy side, information management, innovation, service, leadership and management, hardware, location and environment. Second, the most important limitation of the respondents put forward five and the integrated results gathered 9 items , they are service quality, environment and equipment, financial integrity, leadership and management, business strategy, team of professional quality, innovative services, disaster event protection, policy surface.
