本研究旨在探討我國目前師資培育多元化政策與教師教學效能之間的關係。據此以提出結論及建議,冀能提供教育行政單位、師資培育機構、國民小學師資培育機構學生、國民小學教師,以及後續研究之參考。 本研究以中部地區(苗栗縣、台中市、台中縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣)國民小學教師為研究對象,以「多元師資培育政策與國小教師教學效能關係之研究調查問卷」為工具,進行調查研究;並將蒐集的資料,進行統計分析。根據調查分析結果與發現,歸納出研究結論為:(1)不同培育機構所培育出之教師在教學效能表現上有差異(2)多元師資培育政策所培育之師資不如預期(3)國小教師教學效能可透過研習與進修碩(博)士學歷而提昇(4)多元師資培育政策的實施貶多於褒,應盡快做出妥善改革計劃。 根據本研究之發現與結論,研究者認為教育行政單位應推展教師專業發展評鑑與教師分級制;建立師資培育機構退場機制;解決流浪教師及不適任教師之問題。而師資培育機構應妥善規劃師資培育課程;且師資培育機構的師資需特別篩選;嚴格管控師資培育機構所培育的師資素質。另外,國民小學師資培育機構學生應仔細思考從事教職目的;增進教育專業知能;審慎思考做好生涯規劃。至於,目前為國民小學教師應體認環境變遷,自我充實專業能力,提高教學效能;提昇教育熱誠,維護校園倫理精神;以教育愛出發,維護學生的受教權。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the policy of polybasic teacher cultivation and teacher effectiveness of elementary school teacher. Also, this study provides conclusions and suggestion to education administrative authorities and organization of teacher cultivation and the students of organization of teacher cultivation of elementary school. The sample of this survey are school teachers in Primary school of Central Taiwan (Miaoli County, Taichung City , Taichung County, Changhua County, Nantou County and Yunlin County) . The study adopts the questionnaire survey method and uses “Survey on the relationship between the policy of polybasic teacher cultivation and teacher effectiveness of elementary school teacher.” as the research tool. As the data analyzed, the conclusions are show as follows: (1)It will be difference on the teachers at the teacher effectiveness on the different organization of teacher cultivation.; (2) It seems not too good on the teacher of the policy of polybasic teacher cultivation.;(3)Teacher effectiveness of elementary school teachers can promote from examining and studying of the degree master or doctor;(4) Because the policy of polybasic teacher cultivation come into effect having detraction than citation, it mast to quickly to make a perfect reformative planning . Based on above conclusions , the suggestions are as following: Education administrative authorities should (1)To further Teacher Professional Development Evaluation and Teacher Career Ladder Program;(2)Building the organization of teacher cultivation exiting system;(3)Solved the problems of the divagate teachers and the unfit teachers. And the organization of teacher cultivation should (1)Planning the curriculum of teacher cultivation perfectly;(2)The teachers of the organization of teacher cultivation should sift specially(3)To control the fleshware of teachers of the organization of teacher cultivation sternly. Besides, the students of organization of elementary teacher cultivation should (1) Thinking the purpose of being a teacher carefully;(2)Build up the education professional knowledge and ability;(3) Thinking carefully and making planning of life. As for the elementary school teachers should (1)Having the awareness of condition change, and to recruit the professional abilities by himself and to advance teacher effectiveness;(2)To advance educational cordiality, save ethical of campus;(3)Having educational love, and defend the learning power of students.
