本研究旨在探討現今職場快速變化的情況下,對於成人生涯規劃的影響,並瞭解目前職場之現況,以及影響成人生涯規劃的相關因素。本研究採取質性研究之訪談方法蒐集資料,共訪談五位在科技產業工作之成人,進行訪談後針對所得之資料進行分析,在綜合歸納整理出五位研究參與者訪談資料之異同,研究結果呈現如下: 一、台灣職場之現況主要含括有「就業環境」、「工作條件」以及「組織的教育訓練」等三方面。 二、影響成人生涯規劃的因素包含「就業無絕對的保障」、「職場的需求」、「工作內容」、「公司名聲與發展」、「家人看法」、「個人發展階段」和「其他影響因素」等七個類別。 三、職場變化對成人生涯規劃之影響,主要分為「面對職場變化的反應」、「職場心理契約轉成對自我忠誠」、「生涯責任歸屬於個人」、「增進自己可雇用性」以及「生涯規劃採取的策略」等五個面向。 最後,研究者根據上述研究結果進行討論,並據此提出若干建議,以供工作人力、企業體系、教育體系、諮商專業工作者以及後續研究作為參考。
The aim of this research is to explore the influence of this rapidly changing work environment on adult career planning, to understand the circumstances of working place at the present time and to discuss the elements of effect for adult career planning.The interview method of qualitative research is applied to this study, including five employees from technology industry. After analyzing the collecting data, the results are represented as following: 1.The situation of working place in Taiwan currently includes three factors which are “working environment”, “working condition”, “training and education of organization.” 2.The elements of effect on adult career planning are including seven categories, “no guarantee for employment”, “needs of qualified employee ”, “contents of working task”, “ company reputation and business expansion”, “viewpoints from family”, “phase of self development” and “other factors.” 3.The consequence of changing work environment on adult career planning is divided into five aspects which are “reaction to the changing work environment”, “psychological contract of work turns into self loyalty”, “responsibility of career belonging to individual”, “improving possibility of employment ” and “application of strategies for career planning.” Eventually, based on the result of this research, suggestions are provided to employees, enterprises, education system, counselors and further research for their reference.
