本研究旨在探討國民小學教師之工作壓力與教學效能之間的關係。研究方法係採問卷調查法,以全國地區公立國民小學教師為研究對象,採用自編之「國民小學教師工作壓力與教學效能相關之研究調查問卷」為工具,寄發229樣本學校之教師進行調查,總計發出問卷1500份,回收有效份數849份,回收可用率56.6%,將資料以平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等方法進行統計分析。根據分析結果與發現,歸納本研究結論為: 一、國民小學教師工作壓力之現況為中下程度,其中以「工作負荷」層面壓力最高。 二、國民小學教師教學效能表現良好,以「學習環境之營造」表現最佳。 三、國民小學教師之工作壓力在部分背景變項上達顯著差異。 四、國民小學教師之教學效能在部分背景變項上達顯著差異。 五、國民小學教師工作壓力與教學效能具有負相關。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育行政單位、學校行政人員、國民小學教師及未來研究之參考
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job stress and teaching effectiveness of primary school teacher. The researcher used questionnaire survey method in this study among teachers of the public elementary schools in Taiwan as participants. The survey tool is self-designed a questionnaire “the Relationship between Job Stress and Teaching Effectiveness of Primary School Teacher”. There are 1500 pieces of the questionnaire which were sent to229 sample primary schools in Taiwan and 849 returned copies were effective. The returned rate reached 56.6%. The data were analyzed with the methods of Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product Correlation method for statistical analysis. The results are as follow: 1. The level of job stress of primary school teachers is lower degree of average.Among them, the highest level of the job stress options is“workload”. 2. Primary school teacher’s teaching effectiveness was rated a fair performance,and the best part is“ to create learning environment”. 3. There are significant differences in job stress of primary school teachers on the part of the background variables. 4. There are significant differences in teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers on the part of the background variables. 5. There is a negative correlation between job stress and teaching effectiveness of primary school teacher. Finally, the research provided suggestions for the education administrative authorities, school administrators and primary school teachers in future researches.
