本研究在探討團體領導者在帶領安置機構男兒少性侵害預防教育團體的個人準備、團體設計及因應之經驗。本研究採質性研究之深度訪談法蒐集資料,共訪談四位曾帶領安置機構男兒少性侵害預防教育團體的領導者,訪談後對於所得資料進行分析,主要結果發現如下: 一、安置機構男兒少性侵害預防教育團體領導者之個人準備 領導者的個人準備分為四個部份,分別為「個人特質」、「領導者的理論背景」以「對性的了解」及「對於安置機構文化的了解」。 二、安置機構男兒少性侵害預防教育團體之設計 領導者面對安置機構的男兒少族群設計團體的經驗分為五部份,分別為「對兒少特質的了解」、「安置機構文化的特徵」、「性侵害預防教育團體的內涵」、「彈性調整設計」及「創意轉化」。 三、帶領安置機構男兒少性侵害預防教育團體之經驗 領導者團體經驗分兩部份:「團體發展的特徵」及「影響團體動力因素」。 (一)團體發展的特徵可分為「團體初期」、「轉換階段」及「團體結束」。 (二)依照領導者的團體經驗,將影響團體動力因素分為四部份,分別為「成員特質」、「安置機構文化:默許性議題」、「性主題」及「協同領導者」。
In this study to investigate experience of personal preparation, group design, and handling of group leaders when guiding the male children and youth sexual abuse prevention education group of the placement agencies. This study applied in-depth interview of the qualitative research method to collect information via interviewing total four leaders who led the male children and youth sexual abuse prevention education group of the placement agencies. After analyzing the data collected from the interviews, the main findings are as follows: 1.Personal preparation for the leader of the male children and youth sexual abuse prevention education group of the placement agencies Personal preparation for the leader can be divided into four parts, namely, personal characteristics, the theoretical background of the leader, the understanding for the sex, and the understanding of the culture of placement agencies. 2.The design for the male children and youth sexual abuse prevention education group of the placement agencies Experience for the leader when facing the male children and youth design team of the placement agencies is divided into five parts, as the understanding of the characteristics of children and youth, the characteristics of the culture of the placement institutions, the connotation of sexual assault prevention education groups, the design of the flexibility adjustment, and creative conversion. 3.Experience for leading the male children and youth sexual abuse prevention education group of the placement agencies Experience for the group leadership can be divided into two parts, symbols of group development and of factors which affect group motivations. a.The symbols of the group development can be divided into groups initiation, transformation, and groups termination. b.Basing on the group leading experience of a leader, factors which affect group motivations are divided into four sections, the characteristics of members, the culture of placement agencies: acquiescence issues, the theme of sex, and collaborative leader.
