本研究以混合研究法,探究HIV-P (監獄愛滋收容人,意即HIV’s prisoner: HIV-P)之社會支持、人格特質與心理韌性三者之關係。 一、以量化探討HIV-P之社會支持、人格特質與心理韌性之關係,其結論: 1.不同年齡之HIV-P,在心理韌性之社交能力有顯著差異。不同教育程度之HIV-P,在心理韌性之未來組織風格有顯著差異。HIV-P之不同伴侶狀況、不同健康狀況、有無他人經濟資助,均在心理韌性上有顯著差異。2.HIV-P之不同教育程度、不同婚姻狀況、不同伴侶狀況、有無他人經濟資助,在社會支持上均有顯著差異。3.HIV-P之社會支持、人格特質與心理韌性,兩兩呈現顯著正相關。4.HIV-P之社會支持、人格特質對心理韌性皆有顯著預測力。 二、由混合研究的量化與質性結果兩相印證結論為:HIV-P之社會支持、人格特質與心理韌性之關係,與心理韌性進程之逆境衝擊、逆境解讀、心理韌性能量、行動、強化心理韌性有極高的關聯性。 三、本研究建議: 1.以強化HIV-P心理韌性為主軸,為HIV-P開設經書手抄研讀班、讀書會、心靈成長班、短期課程,並獎勵之。 2.輔導時鼓勵閱讀心理韌性書籍,善用獎勵,激發HIV-P主導新生命動機。 3. 開設HIV-P技訓班;研議HIV-P參加學生隊、進修空中大學的可行性;引進社會資源、知識專題宣導,累積HIV-P保護因子,增強其心理韌性。
The purpose of this Research is to explore the relationship among social support, personality traits and resilience of HIV male prisoners (hereinafter referred to as HIV-P) with a mixed research method. 1. To quantify the relationship among social support, personality traits and resilience of HIV-P, the conclusions are: (1) There are significant differences in the social ability of HIV-P resilience across different age groups and in organizational styles among those with varying education levels. There are significant differences in resilience among HIV-P with different partner status, different health status, and whether there is financial support from others. (2) There are significant differences in social support among HIV-P with different educational levels, different marital status, different partner status, whether there is financial support from others. (3) HIV-P social support, personality traits, and resilience show significant positive correlations in pairs. (4) The social support and traits of HIV-P have significant P-Power on resilience. 2. The quantitative and qualitative results of the mixed research confirm the conclusion: social support of HIV-P, traits and adversity strikes, interpretation of adversity, resilience capacity, action, and strengthening resilience have extremely high effects.
