穿戴式設備於智慧醫療應用之研究

摘要


現今的物聯網、大數據、人工智慧及行動平台等ICT技術應用於醫療產業,將可以打造醫療4.0,而所產生的巨量資料經過標記與分析,也可以透過機器學習可即時產出相關資訊提供給醫護團隊做為醫療參考。 醫療產業將透過感測技術,提升手術的效率,連接醫院與家庭,將個人資訊與醫院需要的資訊進行對接。而透過數據分析,能降低醫療病人風險,增加醫師決策正確性,進一步提升醫療品質,並簡化整體醫療流程。穿戴式裝置行動連網帶動資料經濟,不但開創智慧便利生活,同時可以幫助智慧醫療的連結。 個人身為資深醫療器材工作者,因為有感於工作需要,必須明白穿戴式設備的使用與智慧醫療的連結,包括穿戴式設備的了解, 穿戴式設備與智慧醫療,穿戴式設備的生活使用,穿戴式設備與休閒娛樂,穿戴式設備與健康照護與穿戴式設備應用總結。 本研究透過深度訪談實際探討台中市一大樓8位退休人士與8位尚未退休人士為何使用智慧穿戴設備?過去現在與未來的了解程度與其使用最關切的原因又是為何? 在透過智慧穿戴設備的偵測、記錄與數據分析,到底是如何作為個人的健身、生活起居記錄與健康管理? 因為其個人智慧穿戴設備的使用是否可以擴增在運動規劃與參與社群互動的程度? 又是否因此足以確實激勵與持續個人運動健身習慣? 對於智慧穿戴設備作為健康、醫療照護,和專業加值服務為主應用的了解又是為何? 研究發現,穿戴式設備設備,仍然被絕大部分人們視為消費性電子產品。與個人相關的穿戴式設備消費仍有成長空間,而其成長的動力,不論是來自對時尚、流行的附和,還是社群實體互動的需要,或是個人投資健康管理等理由,我們都應該正面看待與鼓勵。

Today's ICT technology such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and mobile platforms will be used in the medical industry to create medical 4.0. The huge amount of data generated can be marked and analyzed, and the related information can be generated immediately through machine learning. It is provided to the medical team as a medical reference. The medical industry will improve the efficiency of surgery through sensing technology, connect hospitals and families, and link personal information with information needed by hospitals. Data analysis can reduce the risk of medical patients, increase the correctness of physician decisions, further improve medical quality, and simplify the overall medical process. Wearable devices are connected to the Internet to drive the data economy, which not only creates wisdom and convenience, but also helps connect smart healthcare. As a senior medical equipment worker, as a person who feels the need of work, I must understand the connection between the use of wearable equipment and smart medical care, including the understanding of wearable equipment, wearable equipment and smart medical care, the life use of wearable equipment, a summary of wearable devices and recreational use, wearable and health care, and so on. Through in-depth interviews, this study actually explores why eight retirees and eight unretired people in a building in Taichung City use smart wearable devices. What is the most concerned about the current and future understanding and the reasons for their use? How is the detection, recording and data analysis through smart wearable devices as a personal fitness, living record and health management? How the use of their personal smart wearable devices can amplify the extent to which sports planning interacts with the participating communities? Is it enough to really motivate and sustain personal exercise habits? What is the understanding of smart wearable devices as the main application for health, medical care, and professional value-added services? Research has found that wearable devices are still considered by most people as consumer electronics. There is still room for growth in personal-related wearable device consumption, and the driving force for growth, whether it comes from fashion, popular affiliation, social entity interaction needs, or personal investment health management, we should all be positive to look and encourage.
