飯店業導入永續旅遊準則之研究－以一家日月潭飯店為例

全球環境惡化的議題，早已引起重視，各國也紛紛針對其環境保護永續訂定相關規範。而在台灣旅館產業，環保署目前推行的「環保旅館」，即針對旅館業的各項環保措施及作為作檢核評鑑。另外在上市櫃公司也有頒訂「企業社會責任」實行細則，規範包含公司治理及發展永續環境等規範。除此之外，「全球永續旅遊委員會」（簡稱GSTC）於2016頒定全球永續旅遊產業準則（GSTC Industry Criteria）。本研究在了解觀光旅館對於投入全球永續旅遊準則導入面對各種問題的探討。主要的焦點在於飯店導入全球永續旅遊準則過程中如何建立架構模式，過程中的如何調整因應。本研究方法採用深度訪談法進行。訪談的對象以旅館之管理人、執行項目主管為主，以收集實務操作上的訪談內容，進而探討實際操作上的問題。此研究可作為其他飯店實務操作之參考。

In particular The issue of the deterioration of the global environment has long attracted much attention, and various countries have successively set relevant regulations for environmental protection. In Taiwan’s hotel industry, the "Eco-Friendly Hotel" standard currently implemented by the Environmental Protection Agency is aimed at reviewing and evaluating various environmental protection measures of the hotel industry. Moreover, listed company at stock exchange market have also issued "Corporate Social Responsibility" implementation rules, which include regulations on corporate governance and the development of sustainability practices. Furthermore, the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) issued the Global Sustainable Tourism Industry Guidelines (GSTC Industry Criteria) in 2016 The purpose of this research is to understand the various problems faced by tourist hotels with the introduction of global sustainable tourism standards. The main focus is on how to establish a model framework in the process of introducing global sustainable travel standards to hotels and how to adjust and respond in the process. The specific research objectives of this study are: 1. How to establish global sustainable travel guidelines into the hotel's operational model; 2. whether the operational model of each department has changed after introducing the guidelines; 3. guests’ impression following the implementation of the guidelines; 4. follow-up development after guidelines have been implemented The method of this study was conducted by using in-depth interviews. The informants in this interview are mainly hotel representatives and executive supervisors; the study’s interview content begins with real operational considerations and then discuss practical issues of implementation. This research can serve as a reference for other hotels' operations.
