藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感與幸福感關係之研究

A study on the relationship between the sense of life significance and happiness of elder learners participating in art courses

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解參與藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感與幸福感之關係,透過文獻探討與實證研究結果,提出具體建議,以提供相關教育機構、高齡學習者及未來研究之參考。 本研究經由文獻探討的結果、編制問卷,以研究者改編的「參與藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感與幸福感關係之調查問卷」蒐集資料,共計發出750 份問卷,回收 635 份有效樣本。問卷內容包括「參與藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感量表」、「參與藝術課程高齡學習者的幸福感量表」與「基 本資料」三部分。統計方法使用百分比、平均數、標準差、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe 事後比較法及迴歸分析來進行統計分析,研究結論歸納如下: 一、臺中市參與藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感表現中上程度,尤其在「意志與目標」構面最高。 二、臺中市參與藝術課程高齡學習者的幸福感表現中上程度,尤其在「心理幸福感」構面最高。 三、臺中市參與藝術課程高齡學習者的生命意義感會因年齡、教育程度以及婚姻狀況構面的不同而有顯著差異。 四、臺中市參與藝術課程高齡學習者的幸福感會因性別、婚姻狀況構面的不同而有顯著差異。 五、生命意義感對幸福感呈現顯著正相關,生命意義感愈高,幸福感愈高;反之,則愈低,以「心靈藝術發展」分構面最具預測力。 從上述結論,本研究提出幾點建議: 一、對於高齡教育機構及有關單位的建議 (一)、藝術課程應朝多元且整體性方面設計 (二)、提供藝術課程高齡學習者成果展現及學習諮詢輔導 二、對於藝術課程高齡學習者的建議 (一)、積極參與不同類別之藝術課程,以增進生命意義感之能量 (二)、建立積極的學習心態,從自我探索中,增加解決生活難題的能力

The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between the sense of life significance and happiness of elder learners participating in art courses. This study makes concrete recommendations as references to the educational institution, elder learners, and future research by literature reviewing and empirical study. A questionnaire survey was made as the result of the literature reviews. The selfadapted research tool was" The Relationship between the Sense of Life Significance and Happiness of Elder Learners Participating in Art Courses Questionnaire," There are three sections in this questionnaire: the sense of life significance scale, the sense of happiness scale, and personal data of elder learners participating in art courses. After collecting 750 responses, 635 valid samples are obtained. The collected data are analyzed with a statistical approach, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffé's post-hoc method, and regression analysis. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The sense of life significance of the elder learners participating in art courses is above average in Taichung City. The highest performance falls on” meaning and goal.” 2. The sense of happiness of the elder learners participating in art courses is above average in Taichung City. The highest performance falls on” psychological well-being.” 3. The sense of life significance is significantly different between the difference in ages, educational levels, and marital status of the elder learners who participated in art courses in Taichung City. 4. The sense of happiness is significantly different between the difference in gender and marital status of the elder learners who participated in art courses in Taichung City. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between the sense of life significance and happiness. The performance falls on”spiritual art development” has a significantly highest predictability. Based on the research results, recommendations are made as follows: 1. To the senior educational institutions: ⚫ Art course design should be diverse and integrated. ⚫ Presentation and after-course tutoring should be provided for the elder learners. 2. To elder learners: ⚫ Always take the initiative on different art courses to improve the experience of the sense of life significance. ⚫ Establishing a proactive learning attitude improves the ability to solve difficulties by practicing self-exploration.
