本研究旨在探討已婚女性諮商心理師專業發展經驗,包括探討對專業發展的期待、態度與信念,瞭解專業發展的困境,以及發現面對專業發展困境的因應之道。 本研究採取質化研究的深度訪談蒐集資料,共訪談四位從事諮商工作五年以上、具諮商輔導相關碩士以上學位、具執照之已婚女性諮商心理師,將蒐集的訪談內容進行資料分析與歸納。研究結果如下: 一、已婚女性諮商心理師專業發展的期待、態度與信念受到過去經驗啟蒙與個人經歷影響,分為專業上的信念、對專業的認知與態度、對專業發展的認知。 二、已婚女性諮商心理師專業發展的困境包含專業上的挫折與壓力、家庭與專業的衝突、已婚女性的懷疑與衝擊。 三、已婚女性諮商心理師專業發展困境的因應之道為專業上的突破與解決困境、家庭與工作的平衡與取捨、專業成長與學習。 研究者根據上述發現提出研究結果,並依據此研究結果提出對已婚女性、諮商教育環境與未來研究的建議以供參考。
The purpose of this research were to understand married female counselors’ expectation, attitude and brief, to know their barrier to professional development, and to fine the problem-solving way to such barriers. The data was collected by depth interview of qualitative research. The participants of this study wrer four married female counselors which had worked for five years and above, have master degrees or above, and have licenses. The findings of research was as follows: First of all, past and personal experiences affect the expectation, attitude and brief of married female counselor’s professional development. It included professional brief, professional attitude and cognition, and cognition of professional development. Secondly, the barriers to professional development of married female counselors included Frustration and stress in profession, the conflict with family and profession, and married females’doubt and impact. Thirdly, the problem-solving way to married female counselors included professional breakthrough, the balance between family and work, and professional growth. Finally, there were suggestions to environment counseling education, counselors, and future researchs.
