原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定相關因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定相關因素。研究方法採問卷調查法,以全國原住民族地區國民小學校長為研究對象,採用自編之「原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定相關因素之研究問卷」為工具,總計發出問卷334份,回收有效數273份。將資料以平均數與標準差進行統計分析。根據分析結果與發現,歸納本研究結論為: 一、原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定的相關因素中,以個人因素最高,學校內部因素次之,學校外部因素最低。 二、原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定的個人相關因素層面屬於高度知覺,以「個人人格特質」與「個人價值觀」層面相關程度最高。 三、原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定的學校內部相關因素屬於接近高度知覺,以「學校資訊的溝通」與「學校的傳統作法」層面相關程度最高。 四、原住民族地區國民小學校長學校行政決定的學校外部相關因素屬於中度知覺,以「上級壓力」層面相關程度最高。 五、不同背景變項校長(女性、40歲(含)以下、非原住民籍、最高學歷為研究所(含四十學分)、任職校長年資1~5與6~10年、學校規模13班以上與山地原住民族地區學校)對個人相關因素的知覺較高。 六、不同背景變項校長(女性、年齡40歲(含)以下、非原住民籍、最高學歷為師專、任職校長年資1~5年、學校規模13班以上與山地原住民族地區學校)對學校內部相關因素的知覺較高。 七、不同背景變項校長(女性、40歲(含)以下、非原住民籍、研究所(含四十學分班)、任職校長年資1~5年、學校規模6班(含)以下與平地原住民族地區學校)對學校外部相關因素的知覺較高。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育行政主管機關、原住民 族地區國民小學校長及未來研究之參考。

The main purpose of this study was to aim at exploring the relative factors on primary school principals’ decision-making in aboriginal region in Taiwan. The main method used in this study and the instrument applied was entitled “The Survey of the Relative Factors of Primary School Principals’ Decision-making in Aboriginal Region”. The subjects of this research are principals of primary school in Taiwan’s aboriginal region. There were 344 copies of questionnaire sent to the subjects and 273 amongst the mailed-back were effective. The collected data were analyzed by the statistics methods of Mean, Standard Deviation. The results were as shown followings: 1. The relative factors on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making were firstly personal factors, secondarily inside-school factors, and the least outside-school factors. 2. The personal factors those had relate on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making was the highest. The two highest dimensions were “personality traits” and “personal values”. 3. The inside-school factors those had relate on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making was rated the mid-high. The two highest dimensions were “communication between the school information” and “traditional practices in schools”. 4. The outside-school factors those had relate on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making was rated the mid-high . The highest dimension was “Pressure of higher level administrative bureaucracy”. 5. With regard to the background variable, the personal factors those had influence on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making were different by gender, age, educational achievement, length of the principal ship, aboriginal ethnicity or not and scales of school. 6. With regard to the background variable, the recognisation of inside-school factors those had influence on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making were different by gender, age, educational achievement, length of the principal ship, aboriginal ethnicity or not and scales of school. 7. With regard to the background variable, the recognisation of outside-school factors those had influence on primary school principals’ administrative decision-making were different by gender, age, educational achievement, length of the principal ship, aboriginal ethnicity or not and scales of school. Finally, this research afforded helpful suggestions for education authorities, primary school principals in aboriginal region and the professionals were interested in this field.
