使用多維訊源編碼應用於無線感測器網路對稱環境中之分散式決策融合法則

摘要


今無線感測器網路被廣泛的使用於各種的環境偵測上,而感測器的動力來源為裝設在感測器上的電池,因為感測器進行觀測、判斷及傳送時會消耗電池的電力,而電池的電量壽命又是有限的,所以無線感測器的電池成為一個很關鍵的存在:如何在有限的電力中,能夠降低傳送訊號時的消耗,或是能夠降低錯誤率。 在傳統的無線感測器中是使用二元的的方式觀測、記錄,並傳遞該訊號,最後在決策融合中心進行判斷。在本論文中提出多元訊源編碼應用於無線感測器網路之中,傳送至決策融合中心時再依收到的訊號進行判斷與決策,在此我們使用了兩種判斷的演算法。而本文最後也證實多元訊源編碼確定能比傳統還要有效的節省能量的消耗與更低的錯誤率。

The wireless sensor network(WSN) structured by the battery-powered wireless sensors has been widely used in detecting a variety of environments. The sensor consumes energy while observing, judging and transmitting signals. The power life of battery is limited, and hence how to reduce energy consumption and error rate is a key issue. Conventionally, binary algorithm on the observation by a sensor is adopted, and the final judgement is made at the fusion center(FC) after all the signals have been collected. In this thesis, M-ary source coding scheme on the observation by a sensor is employed, and the transmitted signal is hence expanded from binary to M-ary. Two decision rules at FC are adopted to make the final judgement. The results indicate that the goal lower error rates than that of the conventional algorithm and reduction of energy consumption is achieved under the proposed M-ary source coding scheme.
