本研究旨在探討國民中小學護理人員人格特質、專業成長及工作壓力關係之現況、不同背景的差異性與探究變項之間的相關情形,以及分析變項之間的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,以苗栗縣、新竹縣、新竹巿學校護理人員為研究對象,發出問卷305份,回收問卷235份,剔除無效問卷6份,可用問卷共229份,問卷可用率75.08%。研究蒐集之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及迴歸分析加以統計分析,主要研究結論如下: 一、國民中小學護理人員人格特質,以「謹慎負責性」層面表現最佳;以「開放經驗性」層面表現稍 低。 二、國民中小學護理人員專業成長,以「專業知能的提升」層面表現最佳;以「參與繼續進修」層面表 現稍低。 三、國民中小學護理人員工作壓力,以「專業壓力」層面表現為最高;以「角色壓力」層面表現較低。 四、不同背景變項之國民中小學護理人員在人格特質上的反應不同,包括教育程度、學校性質、 學校地區、學校地區、學校規模、兼任行政職務、校長主任對專業成長支持度。 五、不同背景變項之國民中小學護理人員在專業成長上的反應不同,包括年齡、婚姻狀況、學校類別、 學校性質、校長主管對專業成長支持度。 六、不同背景變項之國民中小學護理人員在工作壓力上的反應不同,包括年齡、、服務年資、 學校地區、兼任行政職務、校長主任對專業成長支持度。 七、國民中小學護理人員人格特質與專業成長呈正相關。 八、國民中小學護理人員人格特質與工作壓力呈負相關。 九、國民中小學護理人員專業成長與工作壓力呈負相關。 十、國民中小學護理人員人格特質對工作壓力有顯著預測力。 十一、國民中小學護理人員專業成長對工作壓力有顯著預測力。 十二、國民中小學護理人員人格特質對專業成長有顯著預測力。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current status and the relationship among personality traits, professional growth and work pressure of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools , the differences between different backgrounds and the correlation between the exploration variables, and the predictive power of analyzing the variables. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used. The nurses in Miaoli County, Miaoli City, Hsinchu County, and Hsinchu City were used as the research subjects. Three hundred and five questionnaires were sent, 235 questionnaires were collected, and 6 invalid questionnaires were excluded. A total of 229 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate is 75.08%. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis were processed to analyze collected data. The main research conclusions are as follows: 1.The personality traits of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools seem to be high in conscientiousness while being low in openness. 2.The professional growth of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools engage most in improvement of professional knowledge in contrast to participation in continuing education. 3.The work pressure of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools is high in professional pressure while exhibiting low in role pressure. 4.Primary and secondary school nurses of different backgrounds have different responses to personality traits, including education level, school nature, school area, school size, engagement in administrative work, and principal’s support for professional growth. 5.Primary and secondary school nurses with different background variables have different responses to professional growth, including age, marital status, school type, school nature, and principal’s support for professional growth. 6.Primary and secondary school nurses of different backgrounds have different responses to work pressure, including age, years of service, school area, engagement in administrative work, and principal’s support for professional growth. 7.The personality traits of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools are positively correlated with professional growth. 8.The personality traits of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools are negatively correlated with professional growth. 9.The professional growth of nursing staff in national primary and secondary schools is negatively correlated with work pressure. 10.The personality traits of primary and secondary school nurses have a significant effect on work pressure. 11.The professional growth of nursing staff in primary and secondary schools has a significant effect on work pressure. 12.The personality traits of primary and secondary school nurses have a significant effect for professional growth.
