成年男性飲酒行為影響因素之研究-以苗栗縣為例

本研究旨在了解壓力、社會支持與飲酒行為相關性，並探討變相間的差異與相關情形。主要之研究量表包括社會人口背景資料、壓力、社會支持、飲酒行為等四個部分。本研究依據研究假設模式，採用問卷調查的方式來蒐集資料，以苗栗縣18鄉鎮20歲至60歲成年男性為主要研究對象，並利用Google表單設計問卷，問卷發放期間為 2021年6月，總共回收有效問卷401份。並將回收之問卷資料用以 spss 統計分析軟體進行信效度分析、描述性統計分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數檢定、相關分析與迴歸分析來進行驗證分析，以瞭解不同個人背景變項對壓力、社會支持、飲酒行為之關係。根據資料分析顯示研究結果如下： 1、當壓力產生時，容易造成成年男性出現飲酒行為。 2、社會支持度影響著成年男性的心理狀況，當支持度高時會降低飲酒行為出現。 3、年齡與飲酒行為沒有正相關，而其他的社會人口背景與飲酒行為呈正相關。本研究依據研究結果建議有關實務建議包括重視壓力對服務對象造成問題，藉由各式紓壓方法紓解壓力；提供全面性壓力因應方式，讓服務對象面對壓力時能適度找到方法；正視服務對象心理議題，藉以提升社會支持度；善用家屬支持強化家庭功能，提升服務對象對家庭的重視度；增進服務對象的飲酒觀念，以降低其飲酒行為；透過多元化服務內容，以降低服務對象對於壓力、社會支持、飲酒行為的影響；增進服務對象健康知能，以提升正確的飲酒行為等。關鍵詞：壓力、社會支持、飲酒行為

This study aims to understand the correlation between stress, social support and drinking behavior, and to explore the differences and related situations in disguise. The main research scale includes four parts: socio-demographic background information, stress, social support, and drinking behavior. Based on the research hypothesis model, this study uses questionnaires to collect data. Adult males aged 20 to 60 in 18 towns in Miaoli County are the main research subjects, and the questionnaire is designed using Google forms.The questionnaire is issued in June 2021, and a total of 401 valid questionnaires have been collected. And use the collected questionnaire data with spss statistical analysis software for reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, single factor variance test, correlation analysis and regression analysis for verification and analysis, so as to understand the changes of different personal backgrounds.
