大學生參與服務性社團對於自我管理、人際關係之影響

摘要


本研究在於瞭解參與服務性社團成員對自我管理、人際關係的影響。本研究選擇國立暨南國際大學五個服務性社團的大學生為研究對象。本研究透過問卷調查收集資料,利用電腦統計軟體SPSS 19.0版進行統計分析,使用描述性統計及線性迴歸分析方法回答研究問題。主要結果發現為1. 服務性社團以女大學生居多;2. 大學生服務性社團參與滿意度普遍頗高;3. 擔任社團幹部有助於大學生的自我管理與人際關係;4. 大學生大多認為社團參與有助於自我管理和人際關係。 本研究顯示此社團參與經驗可以提升自我管理與人際關係能力,希望可以鼓勵更多的大學生參與服務性社團。提供建議給學校多鼓勵學生參與社團、注重服務性社團的發展;並鼓勵男大學生多參與社團,並積極爭取擔任社團幹部,最後,對未來研究可更深入探討社團參與對大學生獲得能力的影響。

This study researched that effect of service student-organization on self-management and interpersonal relationship among college students. This study selected the involved in National Chi Nan University service student-organization for study subjects. Using SPSS 19.0 computer statistical software analyzed the data, and using descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis answer research questions. The results showed that: 1. The majority of service student-organization of college students was female. 2. The service student-organization of college students was generally high on the satisfaction of participating student-organization. 3. Being the cadres of service student-organization contributed to boosting their self-management and interpersonal relationship. 4. Most college students agreed the satisfaction of participating student-organization helps self-management and interpersonal relationship. This study hopes to encourage more college students to involve in service student-organization because that this experience had promoted self-management and interpersonal relationship among college students. This research is giving the advices to the school to encouraging students to involve in student-organization, focus on the development of service student-organization. And it is giving the advices to male students to involve in student-organization, and actively serve student-organize cadres. Finally, there are more effect of college students participate in service student-organization hopefully be discussed.
