In Mandarin Learning (CSL/CFL)territory, the topics of culture are mostly chosen from ‘‘Big Culture’’(Big C) rather than ‘‘Little culture’’(Little c). However, ‘‘Little c’’ is an important clue for foreign learners to learn to understand the way of Chinese interpersonal communication and Chinese life style. The Culture of Li-Su(Chinese etiquette, manners and culture) is a kind of Little c which is conformed with Chinese life mode systems. With this reason, the research aim of this paper has chosen to be ‘‘Li-Su’’. In this paper, it suggests twelve topics of Chinese Li-Su from analyzing all-time papers and books, using the theories of the Pragmatics of Communication to prove this idea and the principles to write the teaching materials of teaching Chinese Li-Su. Finally, the researcher also uses the results of this study to write Lesson one to three of Li-Su Students’ Book and made a teaching experiment of it.
