非輔導專業背景教師協助目睹家庭暴力兒童處遇之研究

A Study on the Assistance of Teachers with Non-Counseling Professional Background to the Treatment of Children who Witnessed Domestic Violence

摘要


目睹家人發生暴力,造成孩童心中的傷害,跟直接受暴是一樣的。有效的介入能夠減少兒童在家庭的親密關係中受到傷害。非輔導專業背景教師可透過課程設計及校內外資源合作,協助目睹家暴兒童行為改變。 本研究依研究目的;探討教師觀察到目睹家暴兒童出現的徵兆行為,找出教師協助目睹家庭暴力兒童跨專業合作的輔導策略,並分析目睹家庭暴力兒童的復原力及行為改變歷程,探討非輔導專業背景教師協助目睹家庭暴力兒童的困境與展望。希望有助於教師專業成長,更希望社會大眾關注目睹暴力兒童的議題,讓目睹兒童能得到完整妥善的照顧。 依據研究目的,本研究邀請三名非輔導專業背景老師參與質性訪談。依訪談資料進行整理與分析。研究結論為: 一、教師欠缺輔導專業: 教師陷入邊教邊學、邊學邊輔導的窘境,心理負擔極重,成為老師情緒及壓力調適問題。 二、家庭功能不健全: 家庭關係疏離甚至岌岌可危,可能造成孩子負陎的情緒,累積成為問題行為。 三、校園輔導資源不足: 偏鄉的專業輔導資源不能滿足師生需求,高風險的家庭更需要專業的協助。 基於上述研究結論,研究者作出下列建議: 一、增加教師輔導專業進修: 提供教師研習進修輔導專業管道,可以協助學生及其家人,也可幫助教師 壓力調適及情緒紓解。 二、專業系統服務納入家長: 老師引進資源、透過專業,協助家長增進親職功能,教育家長尌是幫助學生。 三、增加駐校專業輔導人員: 專責輔導人員是輔導專業,對資源掌握也比學校教職員熟悉,因此專業輔導人員駐校為必然趨勢

Witnessing violence in a family member, causing harm to a child's heart, is the same as being directly exposed to violence. Effective intervention can reduce children's harm in close family relationships. Teachers with non-counseling professional backgrounds can assist in the behavior change of children who witness domestic violence through curriculum design and cooperation between internal and external resources. According to the research purpose, this research invited three non-counseling professional background teachers to participate in qualitative interviews. Organize and analyze the interview data. The research conclusions are: 1. Teachers lack counseling expertise : Teachers are trapped in the dilemma of teaching while learning and tutoring while learning. The psychological burden is extremely heavy Pressure adjustment problem. 2. Insufficient family function : Teachers introduce resources and through professions, help parents to improve their parental functions. Educating parents is to help students 3. Insufficient resources for campus counseling: Professional counseling resources in rural areas cannot meet the needs of teachers and students, and high-risk families need professional assistance. Based on the above research conclusions, the researchers make the following recommendations: 1. Increase professional training for teachers: Provide teachers with professional channels for study, training and guidance, which can assist students and their families, as well as teachers Stress adjustment and emotional relief. 2. Professional system services are incorporated into parents: Teachers use resources to help parents improve their parental functions through professions. Educating parents is to help students. 3.Increase in school professional counselors: Specialized counselors are specialized in counseling, and they are more familiar with resources than school staff. Therefore, professional counselors in school are an inevitable trend.
