近年台灣身心障礙人口之類別及成因探討

摘要

近幾年身心障礙人口逐漸增加並受到重視，本研究主要探討身心障礙人口之變化，並進一步觀察全台二十五縣市其所組成的類別及致殘原因。文中針對各類別與各成因詳予比較，透過累積密度函數與吉尼係數之計算，發現多數身心障礙類別長期呈平均分佈於各縣市的現象。最後並分析各類別與各成因之相關性，結果顯示肢體障礙是由多種成因所組成，且疾病會引發多種身心障礙類別。

In recent years, population of mentally and physically disabled have increased and became valued. This paper mainly discusses variations of mentally and physically disabled. We observe the reasons cause their disabilities and how local governments categorize the data in 25 counties in Taiwan. We compare each category and each cause computing cumulative density function and Gini Coefficient. The result shows that most of categories distributed equally in Long-term. In the final stage, we analyze the relations between each category and each cause. The final result discovers that physical disabilities have been caused by many causes. Many different kind of illness will also cause various physical and mental barrier categories.
