泰國旅客來臺之旅遊意象、滿意度與行為意向探討

摘要


鑑於東南亞地區的經濟發展以及文化水平之提升,再加上我國政府對於東南亞地區遊客之開發,東南亞遊客人數亦逐年迅速攀升,又因泰國來臺旅客在近年來之成長趨勢頗為顯著,有助於判斷東南亞地區遊客來臺之意象。   本研究係初探泰國來臺遊客之旅遊特性,進而分析泰國來臺旅客之旅遊意象、滿意度與行為意向間相互關係,並歸納出泰國來臺旅客在個人社經背景上對於臺灣的旅遊意象、服務品質滿意度以及個人行為意向之差異,以期作為後續政府施政之檢討,並提供臺灣觀光產業未來發展之方向。 本研究主要與在地導遊配合並在臺灣各大旅遊觀光景點發放問卷,總共發放420張問卷,扣除填答無效者,有效問卷計397份,並透過t檢定、變異數分析及迴歸分析探討本研究所提之研究假設。研究結果驗證,本研究所提的六個研究假設皆部分或全部獲得支持。研究結果顯示,泰國來臺遊客的個人背景變項會一定程度的影響其對臺之旅遊意象、滿意度及行為意向;且泰國來臺旅客的旅遊意象會顯著影響其滿意度和行為意向,其預測力分別尤以價值體驗構面及地貌與吸引力構面最為顯著,而旅客的滿意度亦同時會顯著影響其行為意向。

In view of the economic development of Southeast Asia and the improvement of its cultural level, coupled with the exploitation of Southeast Asian tourists by the Taiwan government, the number of Southeast Asian tourists has also increased rapidly in recent years. Among the Southeast Asian tourists, the growth trend of tourists from Thailand to Taiwan in recent years has been quite significant, which is helpful to judge the tourist image from Southeast Asia to Taiwan.   This research is a preliminary exploration of the tourist characteristics of Thai tourists to Taiwan, and then analyzes the relationship between tourist images, satisfaction and behavioral intentions of Thai tourists to Taiwan. Moreover, to summarize the differences of Thai tourists’ personal background and tourist images, satisfaction and behavioral intentions. In expect to serve as a follow-up review of government governance and provide directions for the future development of Taiwan ’s tourism industry.   This research cooperates with local tour guides and distributes questionnaires in major tourist attractions in Taiwan personally. A total of 420 questionnaires are distributed, deducting the invalid answerers, and 397 valid questionnaires are counted. Trough the method of t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis to authenticate the research hypothesis mentioned by the essay. The research results verify that the six research hypotheses mentioned in this study are partially or wholly supported. The results show that the personal background of Thai tourists to Taiwan will affect their tourism image, satisfaction and behavioral intention; the tourist image of Thai tourists will significantly affect their satisfaction and behavioral intentions, and the predictive power of tourist image is especially the value experience facet and the landscape-attractiveness facet, in addition the tourists’ satisfaction will also significantly affect their behavioral intentions.
