摘要


網路團購的群體購物已是近年熱門的網路購物發展模式,而智慧型裝置的出現與快速成長的過程中,使用者的使用行為漸漸地由電子化服務衍伸出行動化服務的使用行為需求。行動化的特性包含了定位性、個人化、即時性。本研究利用服務體驗工程法(S.E.E)將消費者對於商品優惠的需求透過服務塑模所提出的行為塑模繪製出,將需求轉為服務機能。將服務機能以服務藍圖呈現,透過服務藍圖可清楚地呈現消費者在互動界線中所操作的功能,與內部互動界線所支援的活動,建構在服務藍圖上的服務機能轉為系統開發架構,以建置出行動團購系統。

Group buying has been a popular way of online shopping pattern in recent years. Thanks to rapid growing of artificial intelligent devises, user behavior of requirement has been changed from electronic ecommerce and extended to mobile services. Characteristics of mobility are positioning, personalized and just-in-time. This study takes Service Experience Engineering (S.E.E) as solution approach to development the work model which consumer requirement of product preferential was proposed by service modeling to turn the requirement into service function. By using service blueprint to demonstrate service function, it can clearly represent operation function and inner supporting activities within interactive boundary. Therefore, the main idea of this study is to build up mobile group buying system turning the service function into a system development framework.
