整合心智圖法於群組工作情境之研究

A Study on Integrating Mindmap into Group-Based Information Systems

摘要


組織學習已經成為現代企業維繫競爭力的重要方向,而人生活於組織中,人的學習必須和組織的學習相結合,共同成長。組織要保有長期的競爭優勢,必須要比競爭對手學習得更快;因此,組織需要適當的工具或方法來幫助它更快速、更有效率的進行學習。 想要成功的建立學習型組織或是推動組織學習,有兩項重要因素,一為組織成員心智模式的呈現,一為組織成員間彼此的互動。本研究認為,使用心智圖法(Mind Mapping)可以讓使用者很容易地展現思考脈絡、呈現心智模式;而組織成員間的互動,則需藉由順暢的組織溝通來達成。本研究提出整合心智圖法於群組工作情境的運作架構,結合心智圖法具體化心智模式的功能,並建立透過網際網路進行組織同步與非同步兩大類型溝通的機制,以期達到幫助組織進行學習的目標。

Organizational Learning has become an important direction to keep the competitiveness in modern enterprises. People in organizations have to learn and develop along with organizations. In order to maintain their advantages in the long term, organizations have to keep learning faster than their competitors. Therefore, organizations need proper instruments or methods to help them learn much faster and efficiently. There are two important factors to successfully build up learning organization or promote organizational learning: one is the presentation of organization members’ mental models; the other one is the interaction among members in the organization. This research suggests that by using Mind Mapping, the users can present their thread of thoughts and express their mental models more easily; and through unhindered organizational communications proper interactions among organization members can be achieved. In order to enhance organizational learning, this research proposed a framework to integrate the Mind Mapping and synchronous/asynchronous communication mechanism into Group-Based information systems. Implication of the proposed framework and a prototype are illustrated and discussed.
