設計與評估一低成本可攜式之阻抗分析儀應用於生醫技術

摘要


本論文研究之目的,為改善近年來台灣罹患口腔癌、乳癌和皮膚癌等疾病之人口始終居高不下的問題。根據衛生署統計,96年度男性十大癌症死因之中,口腔癌高居第四名,而乳癌為女性為十大死因之首。這些疾病的共通點為,若能在發生早期發現並治療,通常能有極高的存活率,因此若擁有一個小型輕便能居家使用的監測設備,應能有效監控這些疾病以達到早期發現之目的。 近年來,體阻抗量測技術逐漸應用於臨床實驗與檢測,其有別於傳統檢測方式的地方為,體阻抗量測提供了一個非侵入式、快速且精確的檢測法,這些優點也提供了體阻抗量測法具備有在將來取代傳統侵入式量測方式的潛力。 本研究因應用的考量,為求安全性及便利性,採用市售積體電路IC作為電路之核心架構,體積小,並且使用兩顆電池即可驅動,故以此方式建立一家庭用之低功耗且體積小的阻抗分析儀。 本系統在實驗中與市售阻抗分析儀WK6420C作比較與評估後,在100Hz~80kHz的頻率範圍內具有相當的準確性與可靠性。根據研究,量測口腔癌之最佳頻率為50kHz,因此口腔癌即是為本系統所能監測的目標之一。

In recent years, diseases like oral or breast cancer have been becoming a serious health problem of Taiwan people. Breast cancer in female and oral cancer in male held the 1^st and 4^th positions of the leading causes of death in Taiwan, respectively. In order to screen these diseases in their early stage, home-based measurement is the main issue. For healthcare screening, impedance analyzer provides a non-invasive, rapid and accurate measurement method. Therefore, impedance measurement has a potential to become a popular screening method instead of traditional invasive screening in the future. In this study, a low-cost, portable and reliable bio-impedance analyzer has been developed for home use. This analyzer was constructed using wide bandwidth commercial ICs. A mixed analog circuit approach has been adopted in order to minimize the power consumption and its size, as requested for medical applications. Evaluations as compared to commercial precision impedance analyzer (WK6420C) showed that the newly-developed bio-impedance analyzer is accurate and reliable. In conclusion, the newly-developed bio-impedance analyzer is accurate enough for most bio-impedance applications, like oral cancer bio-impedance measurement.
