本研究旨在了解中部地區國民中小學校長變革領導行為與組織發展之關係,針對台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣等四縣市任職國民中小學教師進行調查,以進一步瞭解上述二者之現況、差異及相關情形。共抽取870位教師,回收可用608份,可用率69.89﹪。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé法、Pearson積差相關等統計方法,將所得資料予以處理分析得到若干研究結果,據此對主管教育行政機關、國民中小學校長及未來研究者提出參考建議。 根據文獻探討及研究結果,可歸納整理出以下結論: 一、整體而言,中部地區國民中小學校長變革領導行為與組織發展之現況良好。 二、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模之國民中小學教師,在知覺校長變革領導行為上有所影響。 三、不同年齡、服務年資、擔任職務之國民中小學教師,在知覺組織發展上有所影響。 四、中部地區國民中小學校長變革領導行為與組織發展之間具有高度正相關,變革領 導行為愈好的校長,其組織發展也愈高。
The purpose of this study is to figure out the relationship between principals` behavior on change leadership and organizational development of elementary and junior high schools in central Taiwan. The author used the questionnaire to investigate 870 teachers in elementary and junior high schools in Taichung County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, the valid questionnaire was 608, and the valid rate was 69.89﹪. Through statistical methods included descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Scheffé and Pearson product-moment correlation, the primary conclusions for the research are as follows: Ⅰ.The situation of principals` behavior on change leadership and organizational development of elementary and junior high schools in central Taiwan are good. Ⅱ. The teachers` awareness of principals` behavior on change leadership is influenced by the variables of gender, age, year of service, current job position, school scale. Ⅲ. The teachers` awareness of organizational development of the schools is influenced by the variables of age, year of service, current job position. Ⅳ.There is positive and strong correlation between principals` behavior on change leadership and organizational development of elementary and junior high schools, principals perform better behavior on change leadership, organizational development of the schools is better.
