組織溝通、工作熱情對組織公民行為影響之研究-以臺中市區公所公務人員為例

The Influence of Organizational Communication and Enthusiasm on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : A Case Study of Taichung District Office Public Servants

摘要


本研究旨在了解臺中市區公所公務人員之組織溝通、工作熱情與組織公民行為的現況,並探究不同背景變項的區公所公務人員在組織溝通、工作熱情與組織公民行為的差異情形,以及組織溝通與組織公民行為的相關性、工作熱情與組織公民行為的相關性、組織溝通對組織公民行為的預測力、工作熱情對組織公民行為的預測力。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中市區公所公務人員為研究對象,以分層等比例隨機取樣方式,抽取29所共600位區公所公務人員,回收有效問卷541份,有效回收率達回收率90.2%。以SPSS 12.0統計軟體為工具,進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後多重比較分析、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸等分析問卷資料。本研究獲得結論如下: 一、臺中市區公所公務人員在背景變項中,包含不同年齡、職等、職務、區公所現有員工數,在組織公民行為的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 二、臺中市區公所公務人員在背景變項中,包含不同的婚姻狀況、職等、職務、區公所現有員工數、機關首長,在組織溝通的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 三、臺中市區公所公務人員在背景變項中,包含不同的婚姻狀況、年齡、本所服務年資、職等、職務、區公所現有員工數、機關首長、區公所類型,在工作熱情的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 四、臺中市區公所公務人員的組織溝通與組織公民行為具有顯著正相關。 五、臺中市區公所公務人員的工作熱情與組織公民行為具有顯著正相關。 六、臺中市區公所公務人員在「整體組織的運作」、「與高階主管的溝通」、「與直接主管的溝通」、「平行與斜行的溝通」、「與部屬的溝通」層面對組織公民行為皆具正向預測力。 七、臺中市區公所公務人員的工作熱情對組織公民行為皆具正向預測力。 最後根據研究結果提出建議,供行政主管機關、區公所、區公所公務人員及未來研究者參考。

This study aims to understand the district office of the public service organization, Taichung, communication work ethic and organizational citizenship behavior Status, And explore different background variables District Office civil servants in organizational communication the differences of enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior, And organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior, the correlation between enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior predictive power, passion for work on organizational citizenship behavior predictive power. This study used questionnaires to Taichung City District Office civil servants for the study, a stratified proportional random sampling method, extracting 29 of 600 district office civil servants, recycling 541 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate of recovery 90.2%. With SPSS 12.0 statistical software as a tool to carry out descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, post multiple comparison analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis of survey survey data. Conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Taichung City District Office civil servants in background variables, including age, grade, position, existing district office employees, significant differences in the level of consciousness on organizational citizenship behavior. 2.Taichung City District Office civil servants in the background variables, including different marital status, grade, position, the existing number of employees, the head of the district office authorities, significant differences in the level of consciousness on organizational communication. 3.Taichung City District Office civil servants in the background variables, including different marital status, age, the services, duties existing district office employees, heads of agencies, district office type seniority, grade, up to the level of enthusiasm for the work on the perception significant difference. 4.Taichung City district office organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior of public servants have a significant positive correlation. 5.Enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior in Taichung City district office of public servants have a significant positive correlation. 6.Taichung City District Office civil servants in the "overall operation of the organization", "communication with executives", "communication with the immediate supervisor," "communication with subordinates" level "with oblique parallel conduct communication" organizational citizenship Jieju positive predictive behavior. 7.Enthusiasm for the work of public servants, Taichung City district office on organizational citizenship behavior Jieju positive predictive power. Finally, make recommendations based on the findings for the administrative authorities, district office, district office civil servants and future researchers.
