原民生參與原民社團之參與動機與族群認同相關之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討原民生參與原民社團之參與動機與族群認同關係。研究目的在於探討原民生參與原民社團在參與動機與族群認同現況、分析不同個人背景變項的原民生參與原民社團在參與動機及族群認同是否具有差異情形、了解原民生參與原民社團在參與動機與族群認同之間的相關情形以及參與動機對族群認同的預測力。本研究以臺中、彰化及南投的大專校院原民生且有參與原民社團者,採取便利抽樣,利用網路平台SurveyCake建立問卷,並以電子郵件及即時通訊軟體發送,回收有效問卷共141份。本研究所使用研究工具包含「參與動機量表」與「族群認同量表」,針對調查所得數據採獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關係數及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行,本研究結果如下: 一、原民生對於參與原民社團具有高程度之參與動機。 二、原民生對於參與原民社團具有高程度之族群認同。 三、原民生在參與動機上會因原鄉居住經驗而有顯著差異。 四、原民生在族群認同上會因性別、父母親族群別、原鄉居住經驗而有顯著差異。 五、原民生在整體參與動機及各構面與「接觸階段」、「沉浸階段」、「內化階段」及「整體族群認同」達顯著正相關。 六、原民生在參與原民社團之「心靈需求」構面對於整體族群認同有顯著預測力。

In this study, the research objectives are to understand the relationship between the participation motivation and ethnic identity of indigenous students in indigenous student’s club.The purpose of this study was to investigate the participation motivation and ethnic identity of indigenous students participating in indigenous student’s club. And to explore whether there are differences in the participation motivation and ethnic identity of indigenous student’s club among indigenous students with different demopgraphic backgrounds; the correlation among the participation motivation of indigenous student’s club and ethnic identity; the predict abilities of the participation motivation of indigenous student’s club on ethnic identity. This study targeted indigenous student’s who have participated in indigenous student’s club at universities and collegs in Taichung city, Nantou and Changhua counties. It was conducted by convenience sampling method. It used SurveyCake to create forms, which were sent through emails and Line messages. A total of 141 valid questionnaires are collected. “Participation Motivation Scale” and “Ethnic Identity Scale” are used as research instruments. These data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample t-Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The obtained results are summarized as follows: 1. Indigenous Students have high degree of participation motivation in Indigenous Student’s Club. 2. Indigenous Students have high degree of ethnic identity. 3. There is significant difference on tribe residence experience in indigenous students’ perception on participation motivation. 4. The influencing factors of ethnic identity,including: gender, Parental ethnic race and tribe residence experience. 5. There were positive correlation among the participation motivation of indigenous student’s club, encounter, immersion-emmersion, internalization and ethnic identity. 6. “Spiritual needs” of indigenous student’s club participation significantly predicted ethnic identity.
