高中職綜合職能科教師角色壓力與工作投入關係之研究

論文名稱:高中職綜合職能科教師角色壓力與工作投入關係之研究 校院系:國立暨南國際大學教育學院成人與繼續教育研究所 頁數:177 畢業時間:100年7月 學位別:碩士 研究生:林燕資 指導教授:賴弘基博士 論文摘要 本研究旨在探討高中職綜合職能科教師角色壓力與工作投入之關係,主要研究目的有四: ㄧ、了解高中職綜合職能科教師之角色壓力與工作投入之現況。 二、 探討不同背景之高中職綜合職能科教師在角色壓力與工作投入的差異情形。 三、 探究高中職綜合職能科教師角色壓力與工作投入之間的關係。 四、 分析高中職綜合職能科教師角色壓力對工作投入的預測力。 本研究工具為「綜合職能科教師角色壓力與工作投入關係量表」,包含「個人背景資料」、「角色壓力量表」和「工作投入量表」等三部分。問卷內容係依據文獻探討並參考相關研究彙整得來。本研究共發出正式問卷402份,回收有效問卷302份,有效回收率為75.1﹪。問卷所得資料以SPSS19.0版進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計分析,以驗證研究假設,將主要發現歸納為結論。研究結論如下: 一、 綜合職能科教師的角色壓力情形傾向中等程度,以「角色負荷」為最高。 二、 綜合職能科教師的工作投入情形為中上程度,以「工作責任」為最高。 三、 女性且工作年資淺之綜合職能科教師覺知角色壓力程度較大。 四、 男性且年齡較高之綜合職能科教師在工作投入程度較佳。 五、 綜合職能科教師角色壓力對工作投入有顯著負相關 六、 綜合職能科教師之角色模糊對工作投入具有負向預測力 根據研究結論,本研究提出對綜合職能科教師、高中職辦理綜合職能科學校、特殊教育行政機關以及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。 關鍵詞:高中職綜合職能科教師、角色壓力、工作投入

The purpose of this study has fourfold. First, to understand the situation of role pressure and job involvement of Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers at Senior High/Vocational Schools. Second, to explore the differences of Senior High/Vocational Schools Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers’ role pressure in personal characteristics and job involvement. Third, to analyze the differences of Senior High/Vocational Schools Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers job involvement in personal characteristics and role pressure. Fourth,to analyze the relationship among role pressure and job involvement of Senior High/Vocational Schools Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers in different background variables. This study was conducted through questionnaire survey. The participants of this study were 302 volunteers from Comprehensive Vocation schools. Every participant had to complete a questionnaire for investigate the relationship among role pressure and job involvement of Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers, which consisted of participants’ background, role pressure scale and job involvement scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 proceeded with t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. The major findings showed some conclusions: 1. As for Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers, their role pressure were middle and the perception of “Role Overload” is the highest. 2. As for Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers,their job involvement were above the average and the perception of “Job Responsibility” is the highest. 3. Female of Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers in Senior High/Vocational Schools, the young teachers showed higher role pressure. 4. Male of Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers in Senior High/Vocational Schools, the senior teachers showed better job involvement. 5. There’s negative correlation between role pressure and job involvement. 6. The Senior High/Vocational Schools with role ambiguity to job involvement had the direct influence. According to the conclusions, this study has some recommendations for Comprehensive Vocation Subject Teachers, Senior High/Vocational Schools with Comprehensive Vocation Subject and special educational authorities concerned and future studies.
