摘要


關於ERP導入的問題從ERP發展早期就受人注目,隨著從企業導入成功、失敗的個案不斷的增加中,從個案學習到的經驗也愈來愈豐富。而導入ERP的研究也是與日俱增,其研究範圍也不限制於單一領域,不只包括了商管領域,在社會學的研究上也佔有一席之地,主要是因為ERP的導入問題涉及的層次其範圍並不是傳統應用系統所能比擬,且如何成功的選擇系統與企業的適配方式(客製化、企業流程再造)會影響ERP建置的成功與否,若在導入的評估忽視任何一方,日後企業還是要為不合適的問題付出代價。 由於影響ERP與企業不合適的因素眾多,因此不能只以單一方向來思考。本研究之研究目地在於評估客製化與企業流程再造對於企業各方面的影響,並從策略、運作執行、財務、組織面來歸納出不合適(Misfit)而採取客製化和企業流程再造的影響,而這四個觀點也包括以下特性:財務與非財務的評估、組織內部運作與外部發展的評估、組織現狀與未來的需求評估。為ERP的適配之路提供一個較完整的思考架構。

About the issues of ERP had gained much attention in the recent years, with the success and failures of the cases, and we had learned a lot of experience from these cases. The research about ERP is increasing, and it is more important not only on business, but also on Sociology. It is because the problems of implement ERP will impact all scope of company, and how the choice of alignment to be selected will cause implement success or failure. ERP and enterprise as a result of the impact of many misfit factors, it is not only to consider a single direction. In this study, the study aimed to assess customized ERP and business process reengineering of all aspects of the enterprise, and from a strategic, operational implementation, financial, organizational point of view taken up with the impact of customized and business process reengineering, and these view also includes the following characteristics: Financial and non-financial assessment, organizational development of the internal operation and external assessment, Organization of the status quo and future needs assessment. Based on these view this study provide a more complete way of thinking to achieve adaptation of ERP.
