本論文為設計一光功率自動控制驅動電路系統(Automatic Photo Power Control,APC),使發光二極體(LED)在溫度變化時光功率能穩定。當LED電功率穩定時,光功率仍會隨溫度上升而下降,故本論文延續自動電功率控制系統架構(Automatic Electrical Power Control,AEC),增加光功率補償電路使LED在不同溫度下光功率穩定,將紅藍綠三顏色混色為白光,並證實工作溫度從0.5℃至85℃可以維持光功率穩定。本系統與其他電路最大差異在於不需要光偵測器偵測LED改變補償電壓來做迴授控制便能達到光功率穩定。
This thesis presents a driver circuit system design for LED with automatic photo- power control (APC). The automatic photo-power control can reduce photo-power variation without using photodiode. The APC system design is based on automatic electrical power control (AEC) system, which is added a temperature compensation circuit, then it can maintain electrical power control or photo-power. The APC system is compensated without photo diode at the operation temperature from 0.5℃ to 85℃.
