合作會發生什麼?諮商員與社福機構輔導員的行動研究

What collaboration might lead to - An Action Research on Counselors and Social Workers in Social Welfare Institutes

摘要


這是一個從2009年開始至2010年夏天,歷時一年多的兒童心理諮商案例,場景發生在博幼社會福利基金會的埔里中心。兩位兒童工作者:一位諮商員、與機構內輔導員想了解跨專業合作如何在實務中實踐?因而透過一個案例工作同時進行研究。 本研究運用行動研究方法來行動、記錄、反思實務歷程,研究焦點不在案主,而是研究兩位實務者如何工作。經歷了九個月的行動研究,研究者蒐集大量工作者對話錄音及研究日誌,運用這兩種資料書寫再現實務歷程。將兩位實務者一開始如何形成對話、如何深入兒童的生態脈絡、如何共構諮商目標與策略、如何突破傳統諮商會談及保密的限制、如何與家庭及學校對話、如何進行督導等做了詳細的描述。除了呈現合作歷程,研究者透過書寫對實務進行反思。最後在論文審查口試的場合,審查委員們與文本再度對話而重構了「跨專業合作」這個概念,以新的視框重看實務的意涵,這段口試對話也蒐集在本論文中與文本相對應。

This research originated from the co-working experience of an outside counselor , and a social worker from the Puli center belonging to the Boyo Social Welfare Foundation. Both of them shared an interest in developing an inter-disciplinary collaboration while counseling and servicing a child during 2009, and until the summer of 2010. The course of work became the action research. In this research, the method of action research is to act, record, and reflect on the whole course of work. The point of focus is the collaboration developed between the social worker and the counselor, rather than on the serviced client. Records of working dialogues and research journals were collected during the 9 months of action research. After that, the researcher applied these materials to represent the details of this practical course of cooperation, including these aspects: (1) how the two workers cooperated; (2) how they are involved in the social and ecological context of the serviced child; (3) how they formed their goal and strategies for counseling together; (4) how the professional restrictions of confidentiality and mainstream Psychological Counseling were circumvented ; (5) how they communicated with the child’s family and the school; and (6) how they organized the supervision of the inter-discipline. In addition, the researcher reflected the essence of the profession in the process of writing up thesis. Finally, in the oral examination for this thesis, i.e. the dialogue between the committee members and the researcher through the text of the essay reformed the concept of “Inter-disciplinary collaboration”. The conclusion was that the meanings of the practical course in this action research required reframing. The record of this oral dialogue is included in the thesis as referral text.
