南投縣公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員因地理環境、縣府政策實施…等因素,而與其他縣市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員的工作壓力不同,並從行政工作、家長、搭班、幼兒四個方向來探討教保服務人員的工作壓力來源,且比較南投縣與其他縣市工作壓力的差異情形。藉由506份匿名問卷,發現南投縣跟其他縣市在基本行政壓力方面,總是感到工作壓力來源都來自於「舉辦大型活動」;繁重行政工作方面,總是感到工作壓力的因素為「評鑑工作」。由t檢定顯示出平均而言南投縣比其他縣市更常感到招生所帶來的壓力。對於家長態度是一樣的,於積極家長方面總是感到工作壓力的因素係「為幼兒錯誤找理由」,冷漠家長工作壓力因素皆為「對幼兒照顧態度冷漠」;對於搭班則持不相同的看法,南投縣教保服務人員認為讓人頻繁感到工作壓力的行為是「無法隨時處理幼兒的突發狀況」,而其他縣市則認為是「無法隨時提供教學協助」。對於幼兒的壓力比起其他方面顯得較低。南投縣有四成的人認為行政是主要壓力來源(38.9%),而沒有法定主管一職卻兼任該行政工作的教保服務人員們,除了教學紀錄、班級刊物、班親會這三個因素之外,平均而言不論是對基本行政或是繁重行政,相較於沒有此情形的教保服務人員,都是認同時常感到工作壓力。
Due to factors such as the geographical environment and the implementation of county government policies, preschool educators affiliated of elementary schools in Nantou County have different work stress from those of other preschool educators affiliated of elementary schools in counties and cities. Reserching the reasons of work stress with preschool educators from four fields, administrative tasks, parents, partners and childs, and compare the differences in work stress between Nantou County and other counties and cities. Based on 506 anonymous questionnaires, it's found that the main source of standard administrative stress in Nantou and other couties is “handling large-scale events”; in terms of advanced administrative stress, the factor that always feels work stress is “work of basic evaluation”. Independent-Samples t test shows that on average, preschool educators in Nantou County feels the pressure of enrollment more often than other counties. Preschool educators have same attitude to parents. In terms of the parents who have positive attitude, the factor that always feels work stress is “making excuse for children’s mistakes”. the main source of the parents who have indifferent attitude, the factors are all “are nagetive about caring children”. They hold different views on partners. Nantou County preschool educators believe that behaviors that make people feel frequently at work are “unable to deal with emergencies of children any time”, while preschool educators in other counties and cities believe that “unable to provide education assistance any time.” The pressure on child is lower than other aspects. Forty percent of preschool educators in Nantou County believe that administrative tasks is the main source of work stress (38.9%). For those educators take on administrative tasks without formal qualification, in addition to teaching records, class publications, and class meetings, are all agree with often work under pressure while doing standard or advanced administrative. They have much more pressure than those qualified preschool educators.
