本研究旨在探討國小課後照顧服務教師之工作壓力因應及其對生涯發展影響之研究,希望透過研究,達到以下目的: 一、暸解國小課後照顧服務教師從事教職的原因與任教現況。 二、探討國小課後照顧服務教師遭遇到的工作壓力與因應策略。 三、探討國小課後照顧服務教師的工作壓力因應對生涯發展之影響。 四、探討國小課後照顧服務教師面臨工作壓力時,希望學校可提供的協助。 本研究採取質性研究之半結構式訪談法作為基礎,根據研究主題設計訪談大綱來蒐集六位訪談對象的資料。研究結論如下: 一、國小課後照顧服務教師從事教職的原因為之前擔任過學校志工,或是之前是從事相關工作,因工作壓力大、薪資工作太少等,且為了能夠配合家庭需求故轉職從事國小課後照顧服務教師。 二、國小課後照顧服務教師遭遇到的工作壓力有七種不同面向,以「學生各方面呈現不佳」感受程度最高;而在面對工作壓力的因應策略通常都是以「解決問題」為首要策略。 三、國小課後照顧服務教師的工作壓力因應對生涯發展之影響有三大層面,最重要的是「思考未來安身立命」。 四、學校在聘僱制度上免除每年招考的方式,直接將國小課後照顧服務教師留用,則是減輕國小課後照顧服務教師在招考上的工作壓力。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結果,針對國小課後照顧服務教師、學校行政單位、欲從事國小課後照顧服務教師及未來相關研究提出具體建議。
This research aims to explore the work pressure response and its effect on the career development for teachers of after-school care service at elementary schools. It is hoped that through the research the following objectives can be achieved: 1. Understand the serving cause and current situation for after-school care service teachers at elementary schools. 2. Discuss the work pressure and response strategies encountered by teachers of after-school care service at elementary schools. 3. Discuss the influence on career development of the work pressure for after-school care service teachers at elementary schools. 4. Discuss the assistance provided by school when teachers of after-school care services at elementary schools are under work pressure. This research adopts the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research as the basis, and designs the interview outline according to the research themes to collect the information from six interviewees. Based on the research outcomes, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. The serving reason for the after-school care service teachers at elementary schools mainly lies in that they have previously served as school volunteers, or have previously engaged in related jobs with highly work pressure and little salary, or have changed jobs to meet the financial need of their families. 2. There are seven different sources of work pressure encountered by teachers of after-school care service at elementary schools, with the highest degree being “students perform poorly in most aspects”; and the responding strategies in regard to work pressure are usually “solving problems” as the primary one. 3. The response of work pressure upon career development for teachers of after-school care service in elementary school displays three main aspects, with one of which being “thinking about the future and settling for life”. 4. To dispense the recruiting examination and to directly retain the teachers for after-school care service in elementary every year would be a better way to reduce the working pressure for these teacher. Finally, based on the above research results, this study puts forward specific suggestions to after-school care service teachers at elementary schools, school administrative units, teachers who intend to engage in after-school care service at elementary schools, and future related research.
