教師網路學習社群對教師專業成長影響之研究

摘要


本研究以網路學習社群應用於教師專業成長為主題,藉由問卷調查法來分析並探討網路學習社群之特色與功能,與教師專業成長之影響進行探究,提供建議給教育行政機關、師資培育機構、學校行政機構、教師與社團領導人參考。其研究結論如下: 一、以參與社群數的現況中以級任老師的比例較高,顯示其在教學現場藉由網路上獲得資源的積極度; 二、改善教師互動分享的空間限制、能得到各種專長人員的協助與支持、能得到數位與實體的教學資源之結構支持構面對於網路學習社群之功能有很重要的關係; 三、網路社群雖是一個分享領導責任的平台,亦是一個平等互惠、資共享的組織,但仍應有主要的社群領導人(群),引帶領社群成員達共同願景方向; 四、教師網路社群對教師專業成長的影響上,以能提升教育專業能力及教育專門知識為主; 五、教師網路學習社群之特性與功能影響教師專業成長關係中,以「教育專業能力」及「專業對話」為影響最大的要素; 六、數學咖啡館對數學及學思達教學社群在國文、社會、藝文透過網路分享,有一定的影響力。 七、對教育行政機關的建議,鼓勵教師積極參與網路社群與研習,帶動主動學習的氛圍、增加自我成長之深度與廣度。 八、對師資培育機構的建議,建立屬於師資培育中心的網路學習社群且鼓勵進修教育學程的學生參與關於未來教學之網路社群。 九、對學校行政機關的建議,鼓勵教師參與校內領域社群或是主題式社群並積極參與校外現有教學相關之網路學習社群。 十、對教師的建議,主動積極參與網路學習社群或是相關課程,增廣見聞,學會分享資源並與他人協同合作的精神。 十一、對社群領導人的建議,建立分享領導的機制,所有資訊皆公開,建立團隊共識且帶領社群網共同願景前進並永續發展。

The center of this research is on porfessional development for teacher based on Internet learning community. Through the questionnaire, the characteristic and function for Internet learning community and the porfessional development for teacher were analyzed and discussed. Therefore, we can provide related suggestions drawn from this research for educational administrations, teacher cultivating organizations, school administrations, teachers and group leaders. The conclusions are stated as follows: (1) From the community population, most of them are professional teachers. It shows the positive attitude for getting information from Internet while teaching (2) Illuminating the space limitation for teachers’ interaction and sharing. Gain more assistance and support from professionals. Getting more digital and practical teaching sources. (3) The Internet community is a platform for teachers to share leadership responsibility. It is also an organization for reciprocal favor exchange and information sharing. However, there should be a major leader figure, leading them towards common vision for the community. (4) This Internet community can facilitate professional advancement for teachers, especially for their ability in professional education and expertise. (5) The main function and influence for teacher’s advancement are ability in professional education and communication in Internet learning community. (6) Math cafe shop carries a certain level of influence by Internet sharing on mathematics and Sida teaching community for Chinese, social studies and arts. (7) The recommendations of the educational administration to encourage teachers to actively participate in online community and learning, to promote the atmosphere of active learning, increase the depth and breadth of self-growth. (8) Advice on teacher development institutions, the establishment of an online learning community belonging to the teacher training center and the encouragement of students in the education program to participate in the online community on future teaching. (9) To encourage the teachers to participate in the school community or the thematic community and to actively participate in the online learning community related to the existing teaching outside the school. (10) The recommendations of teachers, take the initiative to actively participate in online learning community or related courses, broaden the knowledge, learn to share resources and cooperation with others in the spirit of cooperation. (11) The community leaders of the proposal to establish a mechanism to share leadership, all information are open, the establishment of team consensus and lead the common vision of community network and sustainable development.
