This study examines the employment of people with intellectual disabilities from multiple value perspectives through two case studies. By investigating the issues about the employment of people with intellectual disabilities, employers can understand the values which they can create. The result of this study suggests employers should view people with intellectual disabilities by positive perspectives, and trust them more. Also, employers can refer the research for employment of them. Furthermore, it is expected that the business owners not only pursue revenue but also do their corporate social responsibility by continually hiring people with intellectual disabilities can create the multiple values.
