本論文主要以電壓式及電流式之雙模感測系統應用於酸鹼量測及血糖量測並搭配以儀表放大器、凖位調整器、低通濾波器、轉阻放大器及電壓隨耦器所組成之讀出電路,接著經由兩點校正演算法將訊號轉為正確之讀數,最後再將此讀數輸出至液晶顯示模組。 本論文之系統頻寬為0.1Hz、系統最大增益為10倍。酸鹼感測系統之最小顯示為0.01pH,量測範圍為pH2至pH12。血糖感測系統之量測圍為50mg/dL至200mg/dL,最小顯示為1mg/dL。
This thesis has been finished with voltage mode readout circuit for pH sensor and current mode readout circuit for blood sugar sensor. The readout circuit includes pre amplifier、level shift、transimpedance amplifier and buffer stage. The sensor signal was calibrated by two point calibration and displayed to the LCD module. The bandwidth of system is 0.1Hz、gain of system is 10. The LSB of pH meter is 0.01pH and the range were measured between pH2 and pH12. The LSB of blood sugar meter is 1mg/dL and the range were measured between 50mg/dL and 200mg/dL.
